My Life as a Bat Puns

My name is Merlin Tuttle. People call me the godfather of modern bat conservation. I've spent six decades disproving common misconceptions about bats, and I’m still going strong.

I have photographed hundreds (of the 1,300 ) species of bats, and trained them all over the world. I founded Merlin Tuttle’s Bat Conservation to teach the world to understand and appreciate the vital contributions bats make to the world we live in. My conservation work and photography has been featured in five National Geographic articles and my newest book, Bats: an Illustrated Guide to All Species, was recently published by Smithsonian Books.

What came first... the chicken or the egg? Really confused because my urges to cut myself again are stronger than ever and anytime something reminds me of it I'm brought back to a place where I'm doing it and it feels so good I just want to do it again.

A little back story is thag I've always been doing the worst and been in the darkest place I've been in ten years.... what the hell man. Why is this happening again after ten years. TEN FREAKING YEARS. I've been I'm stressful times recently and yeah in other stressful times I'd self harm (mildly, for myself) by hitting my legs during anxiety attacks or when I was so consumed by my sadness I just felt like breaking shit lol. I was never feeling like this though. I felt just frustration and sadness I think but where I was at on and off consistently around two weeks ago - was way worse than anything I've experienced ever. Only difference now is I have stuff on the li.e. So much good in my life I can't risk selfharm the way I did before. Obvi it's not the only difference but it feels like it's what's stopping me from hurting myself recently ans nothing but. Like in the past two weeks I've been feeling the same strong urges, that the EVERYTHING in me to resist. I just don't get it. I can kind of make sense of the rational thoughts in my head about why this is happening because. I know this consistent happiness is still fresh and new but I'm just like... what the fuck man am I ever going to stop having these thoughts. When will stop wanting to hurt myself or die? Looking for advice or past experiences but also just needed to rant. I'm feeling so lost and confused

And truly multicultural! If you cared about them and really wanted them to have that experience, this is obvious.

But you won’t do that because your thirst for relevancy is too strong. It’s actually remarkable how egotistic these people are.

I work as an executive for a very big company. The company has tons of managers. Too many in my humble opinion and my job is to manage the managers who manage managers who in turn manage more managers . These low end managers manage about two to three people each. A really stupid and wasteful structure.

Everyone basically does one meaningless task and everyone makes buck because the company is taking in billions .

I don’t have to do a thing expect tell another manager how many people he should hire.

Another team does the hiring . Another manager manages the new hires.

The only problem is that I can’t work from home. They make everyone go to the office .

So the question is....what would you do if you were paid a lot of money but had to show up each day? The good part is, no one works past 4. I usually leave at 3 because why not? It’s not like I’m doing anything . Putting my feet up and drinking tea all day gets dull really quickly. I need a side hustle . Any ideas?
