Why are there a remarkable amount of services that request this from you when signing up? And why is Hispanic/Latino always a standalone option opposed to being included in most drop downs like White and African American?

Hi, I'm from Nepal. It is cool to find this place. Cool place to meet fellow paharis. So, I would like to know how much of a awareness is there about khas/khasa ethnicity and khasa malla kingdom?
I think you guys are tired of Nepali nationalists claiming uttarakhand as Nepal because Gorkhali annexed it for few decades. Well, I'm not here for that. Nor I'm claiming your land which i don't have any authority to do anyway.
So, Nepal is multiracial and multiethnic country. In Nepal, population wise it's Chettri at top and brahmin and then other groups like magar, gurung, thakaki, rai, limbu, etc. Now, Chettri and baun are not ethnicity but caste. Chettri means kshatriya and baun means brahmin. Most people in Nepal don't know this but baun, chettri and other minor pahadi dalit makes up one single ethnicity called khas. In fact, old name of Nepali language was khas kura (khas speech.)
The identity of khas ethnicity have been obsolete here and are only know by historical enthusiasts like me. Some people from uttarakhand are khas too. Do you guys have any knowledge of this group? Do people still consider themselves khas like how panjabis, rajput and marathas do?
I'm khas myself. Our ancestors came from central Asia through Kashmir and marched east. While migrating east they occupied and inhabited all region they came across and created khas kingdom with it's capital in present day western Nepal. That's why garhwali, kumaoni, Nepali, etc language have so many similarities and grouped as pahari languages. How much aware are people of uttarakhand about khas kingdom?

Overview
The Liberal Party officially withdrew from the coalition with the Conservative Party, resulting in an election being called for March 10th. With the newfound animosity between the Liberals & Conservatives, it looks as though there will not be any Coalition formed, meaning that one of the three parties will have to win a majority. Another interesting facet is the rise of regional Parties in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Island, potentially adding further complications towards making achieving a Parliamentary Majority.

The Conservatives are running on the achievements of the Macmillan Premiership, touting the economic recovery & growth that has taken place over the last 8 years. The majority of the Party also holds to Macmillan’s One Nation Toryism. However, he has faced heavy criticism for his handling of the South African War, having been accused of “selling out” to the Americans by essentially letting then take over the management of the War. Additionally, his age is being brought into question, as he has just turned 77 and the now commonplace color televisions don’t paint a flattering picture of the PM. Despite this, he still maintains a relatively high level of popularity and may be able to carry the Conservatives to victory just on his own.

Liberal Party
The Liberals, led by the energetic Jeremy Thorpe, were looking to be in a prime position to take back Downing Street when disaster struck. Thorpe’s wife, Caroline, died in a car crash on Christmas Eve. Since then, the telegenic Thorpe has been notably absent, remaining locked away in his home. The Liberals are also divided between the Classical Liberals and the so-called New Liberals. While the Classical Liberals tend to be more Conservative on social issues and follow laissez-faire economic policies, while the New Liberals are both economically & socially liberal, although not as liberal as Labour. With their leader absent from the public eye, they have been unable to run a unified campaign, which has only exacerbated the ideological tensions within the Party.
