One of mine: The Klingons are too often portrayed as simple savages with very few admirable traits, despite holding honor and values in high regard. The way they conduct themselves on screen makes them not even seem like a warp capable civilisation in my opinion.
I would have loved to see them get their moment of the strong badasses they can be, it would be amazing to actually see their good traits more that set them apart from other species.

Disney Universe was a video game similar to the Little Big Planet Games and the Lego Games that was released on October 25, 2011. Like most games, it saw a lot of changes during development. Early concept art showed characters that are scrapped. For example, originally Pirates of the Caribbean would've been based on the first three films, thus originally Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann were planned to appear in the game before being replaced by Angelica and Blackbeard, as at the time, Disney was about to release the Fourth instalment in the series: On Stranger Tides. This led to the Pirates world to be reworked to be based on the then (at least in 2011 standards) latest instalment.

A similar case is with two Tron Legacy characters. It seems that Tron Legacy would've played a major role in the game, as promotional material reference the films and even though characters from the film do appear as part of random packs, it was speculated that a world based on Tron Legacy was plan during development but was cut from the game late into development, possibly due to Tron Legacy's mixed reviews at the time of it's release. Concept art of the Tron Legacy costumes showed that both Castor and Kevin Flynn were plan to appear as well but it seems that they were also late into development. However, a random soundtrack called Missing DLC 12 seem to tie in to the scrapped Tron Legacy world since it is a track never heard in the game and only can be heard in the files.

Also originally a planned Genie level for the Aladdin world was seen in concept art and seem to be a early version of the Cave of Wonders stage.
A planned Hercules level was also considered but was unfortunately unused (though costumes of Hercules and Hades are in the game
