A list of puns related to "Middle of the Road (band)"
Short but annoying story about an entitled mother I encountered the other day.
Further down the block from where I live is an elementary school. Due to some poor planning (older part of town) the entrance to the school is on a one-way, one-lane street. During school drop-off/pickup hours I know to avoid the area, but during the day the area is fairly quiet and it's actually the quickest way for me to get home. Such is what happened the other day, I ran some errands in the morning and then headed home to get to work.
As I got to the school, the car in front of me slowed down and then stopped. I thought the driver was perhaps picking someone up or dropping off someone who was late, but what happened instead is that the driver shut the engine, hit the hazards and exited the car and began heading into the school. I immediately honked to grab her attention, but as all Karens are possessed of an internal mechanism that blocks out all irritating noises beyond the screech of other Karens calling for support from the coven, I was summarily ignored.
Cars began piling up behind me, and Karen is nowhere to be found. All that's left for me to do is stew in my own increasingly boiling pot of anger and outrage. I'll be honest, I considered just leaning on the horn until she came back, but I knew it'd do no good and I'd just bother the kids studying.
About 15 (!) minutes later Karen came back, strolling along without a care in the world. When we saw her she was greeted with a cacophony of car horns, yelling and cursing, but her deflector shields were up and she heard not a thing of the abuse we hurled her way. She got in the car and drove off, and I got home a few minutes later. To add insult to injury there were parking spots about 50 feet up the road, but she didn't even bother trying to go once around the block to look for spots.
That's it, that's all there is to the story, just an entitled person who couldnβt possibly comprehend that a public road is not her personal parking lot. No instant karma, no justice or revenge boners, just sheer frustration. However, for the sake of the story and to make you all feel better, all of us who were stuck behind her banded together, called the cops and confronted her. She was arrested for assaulting a police officer and filing false claims after she took a swing at the cops because they didn't believe her when she told the cops we gang-raped her in front of the school guard while threatening to shoot her, her kids and shoot

You looked like a bunch of high schoolers smashing that tv in the middle of the road. Now Iβm here cleaning up glass and plastic so my dog doesnβt slice his feet open at 1 AM.
Edit: I left a note telling them βI hope you kids plan on cleaning up your mess...β and it was all clean so hopefully it was them
But I couldn't come to any sweeping conclusions.
"You picked a fine time to leave me, Loose Wheel!"
I donβt have much time to write this, so Iβm sorry for any spelling mistakes. My phone battery is about to dieβ¦ I called 911, my friends and my family, but no one believed me. Not even my own mother. You are my last hope. I know most of you are open-minded, kind-hearted people. Please, please, please tell me what to do. Iβll try to explain what happened as briefly as I can.
It happened a week ago, although according to my phone it happened yesterday! Everything is just so horrifyingly strangeβ¦
I had just been to the bar with a couple of my colleagues. Usually, I would have left with them, but on this particular night there was some creepy guy following me around so I decided to leave earlier.
The street was empty so I drunkenly walked in the middle of it, looking down in the black asphalt. This sounds more stupid than it was, I think. It was a small street with little to no traffic, especially late at night. The first strange thing I noticed was how all the sounds β the wind, the birds, the dogs barking in the distance β quieted down and went completely silent. I didnβt care though and just kept my eyes down, thinking about how nice it would be to sneak into bed with my boyfriend when I got home.
A few seconds later, something on the ground caught my eye. It was a large red button β as big as a manhole β and beneath it, the word βEXITβ was written with large white letters. I stopped and looked at it, confused out of my mind. I had walked down this road a thousand times before and never seen any huge buttons in the middle of the road. I looked up andβ¦ I donβt even know how to describe it! The buildings were gone. Everythingβ¦ I looked around and everything was gone! The asphalt continued in all directions, all the way to the horizon. It looked like a parking lot with no end in sight.
βHello!β I yelled.
I shook my head, trying to return to reality, fearing I had lost my mind. My hands began to sweat, my breath became irregular and my heart was racing. Panting, I ran a few meters, then I ran back again.
βWhatβs happening, whatβs happening, whatβs happening!β
The sun rose on the horizon, but it was too early. The morning rays had a whiteness to them that hurt my eyes. There wasnβt a single cloud in the sky. I looked at the button again. βEXITβ. I was still in a state of panic, unable to think, and that word β exit β was the only word that echoed in my head. I wanted out of here. I crouched down and tried to press the button but it wouldnβt move. I wa

Edit: this was a one lane road off of a small neighborhood side street in South Boston. I didn't want to move past the cars as I was turning left and didn't want to put myself or other drivers in danger so I stayed in line with traffic. I ignored him for the first few honks and screaming remarks, but then chose to fight back once he started calling me a piece of shit. I do my best to be respectful of drivers, but we're vulnerable out here so we need the same amount of respect back. Be safe out there fellow riders!
Seriously, I don't want anyone getting hurt or if the car's undriveable I get it, but stopping dead in the middle of a chokepoint due to a fender bender is just fucking up everybody's day!
These rules include:
I've seen shocking amounts of fucking idiots do all three of these things in recent weeks.
If you're going to act like a car and ride down the middle of the street, don't be this fucking obnoxious and dangerous.
Came across this gem from a Scottish pop group.

Lyrics:
There's something about the weather
That everybody loves
They call it the Indian spring of Sacramento
And when the sun is up in the sky
The wind is blowin' by the riverside most everyday
You're in Sacramento a wonderful town
Sing sing sing din din din
There's something about the people
That everybody knows
That gives you a tender feelin' of confusion
You're feelin' lonely but you don't know
Until this other feelin' here inside you starts to grow
You're in Sacramento, a wonderful town
Sing sing sing din din din
Now that spring is here again
And you're thinkin' if only you were not so lonely ooh ooh
But you can ease your restless mind
Ease your restless mind
All the people are a lovin' kind,
In Sacramento
There's somethingβ¦
Did Buffy ever get her license??? Cuz I think in season 7 Xander drives her and Dawn to Sunnydale High 2.0.
I am currently in a 32DD/DDD but my breasts either donβt fill to the top of the cup or they make a 3rd and 4th boob in the middle. The band is also super tight to the point where it feels like itβs digging into my sternum or like I canβt breathe which causes anxiety for myself. I just did my measurements and I got 1) 30 2)28 3)27 4)34 5)35.5 6)34 and the measurement of a US 30DD/DDD. My breasts arenβt shallow, they are center full, vertically even, and projected. Iβm always measured as a 34B in stores and I know thatβs incorrect because I simply spill out all over the place. Any suggestions on what I can do? I cry every Time I try on bras in stores and I have been wearing sports bras for a year now because I have been so defeated. I have had one child which has drastically changed my breasts, I have scoliosis and lordosis (with a fusion) so now that my breasts have changed my right breast shape is slightly fuller and rotated out a bit-as it was before because of my scoliosis but they were very symmetrical and sat up high which was fine when purchasing bras in the past. Sorry for the long post, first time poster, I hope Iβm doing this right! Iβm so glad I found this community.
