A list of puns related to "Mercedes Benz Stadium"
tl;dr at bottom
Over the past couple of years I've been visiting NFL stadiums and giving a report on my experiences on the stadium, fans, and area from an outsider's perspective and I've been sharing my thoughts on the teams' sub reddits. I am a Bucs fan but my other stadium visits have not been to Bucs games playing their teams (with the exception of yesterday). I've been to Raymond James stadium many times so I've never done a report but I like to compare Ray Jay to what other stadiums and experiences have to offer.
My experience at Mercedes-Benz stadium was a 10/10. I simply cannot imagine a better sports venue in the NFL than what you all have in Atlanta. It's as if the architect listened to every complaint I have ever had about any stadium I have been to (NFL or otherwise), took notes, and implemented every idea I could have possibly come up with. Raymond James Stadium was renovated a few years ago to improve the fan experience but the Benz tops it in every way. Earlier this year I watched the Falcons vs. Giants in NY and while I was impressed with the stadium and convenience to the rail system there were things that didn't make sense with its design. One thing I've always said about stadium is that if you have to go to the bathroom or wait in line at concessions or walk anywhere that there should be TVs all over the place. Mercedes-Benz stadium has that. No matter where I turn there is a TV with the game on. If I'm with a friend who is getting beers I don't want to stand around waiting. I want to sit and be comfortable while watching the game. The stadium has that. If I'm taking a piss I want to either hear the game or watch it on a TV. The Benz has that. If I want to walk around to get a different view of the game in a standing only section the stadium has that too with unobstructed views in both the 200 and 300 seconds. I was sitting in the 300 section opposite of the large window which is beautiful. Sitting indoors I don't feel like I'm in a tin can. The view of (presumably) downtown Atlanta was beautiful. The art work inside the stadium was beautiful. The concessions are the cheapest I've ever spent in my life. So cheap it makes me wonder if Arthur Blank is subsidizing the prices. I could get chicken strips and fries for $6. I don't think I could get that at McDonalds. I paid $8 for a large pretzel and a beer. The acoustics inside the arena was fantastic and very loud and that circular screen is the best screen design I have ever seen.

This streak includes...
6 Chick-fil-A kickoff games: 2009 Virginia Tech, 2013 Virginia Tech, 2014 West Virginia, 2017 Florida State, 2019 Duke, 2021 Miami
8 SEC Championship games: 2009 Florida, 2012 Georgia, 2014 Missouri, 2015 Florida, 2016 Florida, 2018 Georgia, 2020 Florida, 2021 Georgia
1 CFP Game (Peach Bowl): 2016 Washington
1 National Championship game: 2017 Georgia
As the title said, this will be my first time going to an SECCG, and it will be my first time in the new stadium. I've been to plenty of Georgia games and have spent a lot of time in downtown Atlanta. However, I've never been in downtown when any game or major event was going on.
I'm just kind of wondering what to expect in terms of getting into the stadium, how soon the traffic will get backed up within a mile radius of the stadium, and just any things that I may not have thought of. Thanks everyone. GO DAWGS!!!
I think Kyle Van Noy really likes that stadium
Hi all,
I'm a Detroit Lions fan dropping in for some ticket advice before going to see my Michigan State Spartans play at MB Stadium in the Peach Bowl. I have two ticket options for about the same price, one is the lower level end zone, Section 101 on Row 54. The other is a Mezzanine ticket in 231, towards the bottom of the section. From photos neither looks bad, but the end zone seats look really far off from the field in photos, but the 200 level tickets are signifcantly higher.
Which offers the better view of the game? Lower rows of the 200-level, or high on the 100s.
Thanks in advance.
Hi all! In Atlanta for the Pitt-Michigan State game. Held off on tickets because of fear of cancellation and bad 3rd party ticket refund policies. Looks okay for now, but still going to purchase tomorrow.
My question to you the Falcons faithful - what are the best seats in the house? Are the club seats worth it (~$100-200)? 100 or 200 level preference?
Thanks in advance! Really fun staying in midtown the past day or so.
I feel like he would've rented a porta potty and used that but another side of me says he just used the normal bathroom. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, Iβm a lifelong out-of-state Bucs fan here with an actual question (not a troll question). Iβm a Bucs fan who has only been to a couple of games and my brother surprised me with tickets for he and I to see the game in a few weeks. Heβs flying all the way from Fairbanks AK to Tennessee to see me and weβre trekking down to Atlanta for the game. Heβs hoping to meet some Bucs players and since he spent a crap ton on tickets (1st row, visitors side, 50 yard line) I want to make his experience as great as possibleβ¦. Does anyone here have any experience with meeting players as they get off the buses when they arrive at the stadium? Does anyone know where the visitor buses will be located and ROUGHLY what time the teams arrive at the stadium? Any and all tips would be appreciated. This was a great gift from my brother and the least I could do is try to figure out how to meet some players so I figured you guys might be able to Help! for what itβs worth I hate the Saints and panthers far more than the Falcons Thanks everyone!
Randomly I've been looking into European clubs and their stadiums, and can't find out if they own the stadium or not. Does anyone know the answer?
