Hello folks , I want to buy my own apartment in Pune and I am currently exploring the options I have. I like magarpatta city as I have been staying here happily for last 5 year and things like water , electricity supply are reliable. However the flats here are now a decade old and general opinion I have received is against buying such old properties. Can you please share your take on this ?

I am considering buying a 15year old flat at Magarpatta (in Magarpatta Township) for investment. The flat is in decent shape & the township seems well maintained but one can clearly feel the difference compared to a recently built apartment. I am planning to give the flat for rent and possibly sell it after few years. My thinking is that since it is at walking distance from Magarpatta IT park, hopefully there will be demand from tenants who work in Magarpatta. However, I am concerned about the price appreciation over the next 5-10 years since Magarpatta is already saturated and property is 15year old. Can you please share your take on this? Also, is it true that flats in Magarpatta are under 99 year lease?

I work near Amanora and need a good Dog Daycare / Dog hostel to keep my 2 yr old labrador.
Please suggest only the best and tested one's because I love my dog a lot ( I wish WFH lasted forever) and want to keep it somewhere he will be alright, 9 am to 6 pm, Mon to Thursday.
Have a few hours to waste near Magarpatta city, thankful for any suggestions.
I will have to return to office soon, and would have to travel between Magarpatta and Hinjewadi. I was recommended the cityzip shuttle service and the s-ride, I was not able to find much info on these services online. Hello hello! I will most likely have to move to the city for work and wanted to know a couple of things about Magarpatta City. Quite excited to be moving and just wanted to find out a bit more about the locality. Any help will be really appreciated Had a few questions:
- How is the net scene? I would get at least 2 connections as my work requires tons of data being used at all random times. Are there two big players around that I can get?
- What is the condition of power cuts in that part of the city? Again - work related. And the UPS option is not possible sadly.
- This one is just generally - does the area have an okay water supply? I know of some localities getting just 1 or 2 hours of water supply in a day.

After facing some harassment from the society members and our owner not protecting us, my friend and I have decided to move out of the current accommodation. If anybody can help us out in any way then it'll be the best. We both work in Magarpatta/Amanora so we are looking around that area and as well as in Hadapsar, Kharadi, Mundhwa, etc. Our owner is kicking us out by July end. Please help us out.
Hello Pune people. Mumbaikar here! I had come down to Pune yesterday for a job interview, the first ever of my life and I got the job! :)
I need to figure out as soon as possible whether I'll be able to afford to stay near Magarpatta City, as my salary is quite low and I have to relocate from Mumbai.
About me : I'm all in to live a very very modest life here, just without compromising on quality food ( by quality I mean tiffin twice ).
I have my own 2 wheeler which I'll bring from Mumbai, so that is a +.
