The stuff they’re adding seems cool but as they said, perfect-perfect will only happen around twice a game, the throw home indicator won’t happen often and the new extreme catches will be pretty rare too. Outside of those new features that only happen occasionally, there really isn’t a whole lot new in the game this year.
I’m personally much more excited to see what kind of new physics and graphically fidelity we are able to achieve in the 21 version once next gen consoles are out. Obviously the gpu has hit its cap but it’s certainly frustrating when the game doesn’t look any different for 4-5 years in a row. I’m still going to play this years game but I’m sitting here in February more excited to the play the game coming in March 2021 than the game that comes out in just over a month. Anyone else feel like this?
As some may remember I did a few concept ideas for MLB The Show 20 last year, while I do have some of my own, I wonder if the community has any ideas they would like to see come alive in a future concept of mine.

I saw his video thanking the frontline medical workers for helping him recently and remembered how lovely it is listening to him call a game.
Even if they manage to get rights to old audio clips for the odd soundbite like Derosa that would be so great. Have him as a guest in the booth or something idk.
He seems so down to earth, I wonder if he would do for a day or 2 behind a mic to reach hundreds of thousands of baseball fans for years to come..... and for whatever fee they could hopefully agree on. Maybe I’m just a dreamer but I think that’s the one guy I’d never get sick of while grinding this game. Anybody think this is completely unrealistic?

Stanton can't fucking hit in this game. I thought I was just bad at hitting with him, but even while pitching against Stanton I just throw fastballs down the middle and dude puts nothing in play. Next time I do a franchise, I'm going to change his stance. I'm convinced his stance is fucked in this game. I have no evidence to support this.
I just pulled Cody Bellinger so I'm going to lock him up. I just need David Price and then I would have completed the Dodgers collection. But I refuse to purchase David Price so I'll wait until I pull our son.
