I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

After seeing / viewing for a long time (unsure what he is viewing , could be messages / comments )
Received lots of DM , which included encouragement , condolences as well as criticism.
I have been thinking , reflecting for almost half a day , unsure what to say or comment.
Lets make it simple , 8king is a good coach , Ban pick decision were made by everyone. As for my own performance , not so good.

I kept thinking it's myself, it's us the player's problem we didnt perform as usual ,therefore we lost the series. However theres a lot of comments , I have to say something , I don't feel comfortable (with these comments).
Before the series begin , we have many conversation with xiao8 ,mostly his past experience. He said a lot of people came so close with ultimate TI dream , but eventually didnt make it ,resulted in lifetime regret. Xiao8 also mention to not look down at opponent, as every team that reached TI finals , will definitely have what it takes to win. Do not over-pressure yourself while pursuing the aegis ,as it might limit your performance. After the conversation, we continued our preparation for the series.
First game , going for IO line up . Nothing much to say, everybody have not fully warmed up, not our usual pick (refer on Ursa not their usual pick with IO) . we think Ursa is good against their lineup, therefore Ursa it is. TS was on fire , not much chance for us to capitalise.
We lost, xiao8 encouraged us. Asking whether are we still comfortable playing with IO again as well as playing against TS if TS pick IO themselves. We thought that the problem was that we didnt pick a comfortable plus one with IO. We were still confident with IO plus one.
Theres some pick issue for 2nd game , IO eventually became position 5. Not optimal in saving others, vision was a mess. We lost.
Our thought process was messed up after 2nd game, xiao8 encouraged us to ease ourselves and perform. We won 3rd and 4th game. I personally think that xiao8 outdrafted TS , especially Undying , it was his idea.

This makes up the bulk of my nest egg, as I worked in jobs without benefits up until my current job. I had a 1 year vestment period before getting access to my employer matched 401k, there’s currently $1836 after 11 months of contributions matched by my employer
Equity if you're a homeowner: I just bought a house this year! We saved $12k between myself and my partner and combined that with used $60k of the trust money as a downpayment. I now have $240,000 equity in the house. Extremely grateful for this.

Hello all, just trying to cut back on records. Personal tastes change and I want to shape up my collection, hopefully you can find something you like. I spent a while pricing and grading these out, with that being said if you can find a cheaper price for these items and you're interested, lmk and we can strike a deal.
All items have been kept upright and, besides the very very cheap ones, in inner anti-static sleeves and sealed poly outer sleeves. There may be a couple of exceptions for items that I haven't played a lot of which I never moved from paper to anti-static inners but still have outer sleeves but it's only a couple.
There are some boots in this list and obviously, they are not exempt from their usual issues, with that said I would still say they are in a good state and are listenable.

Finally, it's time. I stood quietly in my dress suit behind Xhikaat's chair. It again flashed into my mind how bizarre K'tari seats were, open on one side and in the lower back to allow for their tail, and softly padded with a silica gel cushion. The cut out in the back of the seat to allow the tail to point down made the entire shape bizarre.
I couldn't really complain, however. The cushions made it comfortable enough for me for a while, though I preferred to use the floor for extended seating periods.
All I have to do now is not start a war. Don't get my friends killed. Don't imply anything terrible. We're just here to ask for help. God damnit! Why am I getting so nervous now!? I've known this was gonna happen for over a month!

Did humans change color based on their rank in society? I had many questions for later. A moment passed, and Joseph said, Lieutenant?"

I think if there was a year that was the busiest when it came to anime dubbing, it was certainly this year. As of December 27th 2021, we have had over 240 dubbed anime in this past year alone: including continuing dubs from 2020, Full season drops, as well as ongoing weekly dubs (or as best to weekly as the hard working Cast and Crew of each show can put out) credit to u/Toonami2020 for providing the data and spreadsheet.
Us anime fans were spoiled with so many great shows this year. And there were indeed some quality shows this year (as well as some bad ones). Many of us will have our own opinions of which shows should be crowned Anime of the Year/Season. But feel free to use this list as time of reflection on the shows that impacted you, made you appreciate the art that is anime, performances that made you laugh/cry, characters that have made a home in your heart, and so much more.
Obviously, like with every "Your Favorite ______" list, it's all completely subjective. So please be respectful of everyone's opinion.
