A list of puns related to "List of special law enforcement units"
Tier 1:
Tier 2:
(I want to make a rank and distinguish some of them, some of them might have to drop it to tier 3, seems like tier 2 have are a bit overcrowded.)
--------------------------------------("Real Deal" SOU/SF kind of seperated here)-------------------------------------------
Tier 3:
Some units of:
--------------------------------------(More of civilians and reserved level based)-------------------------------------------
Tier 4:
(Mostly coast guard special units and federal elite law enforcement units)
Tier 5:
Local PD - SWAT (Big cities, mostly because of funding and its recruitment personnel quality.)
Variety of federal agencies - Quick Response & Special Tactics teams (usually work with the local or FBI SWAT.)
Tier -999999:
ATF Taskforce unit π
Welcome everyone to give changes and improvement.
Edit: This post might be a bit off-topic, but it seems like reddit doesn't have a specific thread to talk about it, and the closest I can find is this sub :)
Edit 2: I think I opened the gate of a ww3 level of SOU argument...
This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 60%. (I'm a bot)
> A former senior border patrol agent described an elite federal unit deployed by the Trump administration to quell protests in Portland, Ore., as some of the "The most violent and racist in all law enforcement."
> The unit is headquartered in El Paso, Texas, and officials typically work in desert areas of the border.
> Bortac agents have been among the at least 110 reported federal law enforcement officials sent by President Donald Trump earlier this month on the grounds of protecting federal buildings in Portland, where protests have been ongoing since the killing of George Floyd on May 25.
> Rodney Scott, who has served as Border Patrol chief since January, said he offered to deploy Bortac to the scene after Federal Protective Service, the agency in charge of protecting federal civilian facilities, requested help from other DHS departments, according to reporting by the Wall Street Journal.
> Budd also told The Guardian that an instructor during her training as a border patrol agent in 1995 used racial slurs like "Tonks" and "Wetbacks" to refer to Latino migrants, who she said were often deemed as "Criminals" by the agency.
> Border Patrol officials have long been accused of discriminatory practices by civil rights groups, highlighting research on the division's use of force and specific targeting of people, namely Mexicans and Central Americans.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I been really interested in how police work and such and was wondering if there are a few game outthere that actually let you play as some sort of Police man and doing just typical police work
Game that let's you play as police that i know:
This is the police (not exactly the best game but i did enjoy it quite a bit)
The S.W.A.T games (never actually play them but is pretty interested in them, despite the age)
911 Operator (again, haven't play it yet but it look very similar to This is the police so i am looking into it)
I'm not sure the best way to go about this, but I think crowd-sourcing is the way to go. I am trying to compile a list of all law enforcement aircraft in the US - primarily Troopers/Highway Patrol/State Police in the contiguous 48 - but I'll take it all. I started with Ohio and was able to find all 17 State Highway Patrol aircraft, and am starting into PA next.
If you know the aircraft in your state (both planes and helicopters ideally), please comment the tail numbers below! I am also interested in any advice or other subreddits you may have as well! Thank you!
