A list of puns related to "List of generation I Pokémon"
So I know which ones to go after during the upcoming event
I’m just trying to find out which Pokémon are impossible to get at this time without looking up every single missing number in my Pokédex. Every search result keeps bringing up results from over a year ago.
Thanks in advance!
I've posted this before, a few months ago, but I do still have a few I'm looking for: Quilladin Sligoo Spritzee Swirlix Pancham Eevee (for Sylveon)
Thanks so much for your help! Adding others too, so please, ask away!
Please, do me a favor.
The current leaks all point to the same number for the full galar dex: 400. Assuming roughly 100 new Pokémon, which is fairly consistent for newer gens and I like round numbers, this leaves us with 300 slots for the 802 gen 1-7 mons. This means that just 37% of older Pokémon are in sword and shield. This is insane. When we heard about Dexit, we all made Thanos jokes but I at the very least thought only 100-200 mons would actually get cut, which is sort of understandable. But 500? I know the number is kind of inflated because of legendaries, but still holy shit. This isn’t Thanos, it’s worse. We’re losing the majority of older Pokémon. I for one am really unsure of how to look at this information. What incredible hardware issues made it so 63% of Pokémon had to get cut for other features (20 curry types btw). How are y’all handling this information, and why do you think Gamefreak did it?
Basically what’s in the title. Do I need to start investing in current generation cards to be able to battle with them?
So far, I haven’t been very impressed by the new Galar Pokémon designs, which doesn’t help my frustration with so many established Pokémon being cut from the game altogether. At this point, I wouldn’t be bothered at all if there were very few Pokémon to accompany each new generation. The starters, some legendaries, and a handful of cool or unique others would be sufficient to keep my interest if the gameplay was good. The bulk of the regions could just be populated by different configurations of existing Pokémon.
Of course having so many subpar Pokémon wouldn’t bother me as much if the National Dex was included.
1/8,192 × 3/65,536 = 3/536,870,912 ≈ 1/178,956,971.
The exact probability of randomly encountering a Shiny Pokémon with Pokérus in Generation 4 is 3 in 536,870,912.
The approximate probability of randomly encountering a Shiny Pokémon with Pokérus in Generation 4 is 1 in 178,956,971.
Good luck with your endeavours fellow trainers.
What do think about it? Personally, if find it reassuring to know that it will be a sort of "safe haven" for all poke, but I also think that it's both a blessing and a curse. Not a lot of people can commit to playing such a game enough time to "collect 'em all"...
So, I'm playing Rescue Team DX in Italian and, because it's a more gendered language than English, it led me to some interesting discoveries about some of the NPCs' gender. For instance, I don't know if any of you know, but Moltres, the Persian running Felicity Bank and the Skarmory you fight as the first boss are all female.
So I've been wondering if there were any official information about these Pokémon's gender; and other Pokémon's gender as well. (Not just in Rescue Team, but also in other games of the series.) And if there is none, it would be cool if any of you playing in a language that's just as gendered as Italian found any incongruencies regarding some Pokémon's gender in your language compared to Italian.
To make things easier for you, I searched for the Pokémon whose gender is confirmed in the Italian version of Rescue Team DX and wrote it down here (there are some obvious ones as well):
Male:
Female:
I will update the list as I go through the game, since I haven't finished it yet.

I'm pretty sad that I won't be able to do this again. This is by far the most fun I have in Pokémon games and I've spent over a 1000 hours completing the three of them from scratch. I was going to buy a Switch for SwSh, but I'm not sure if I will now.
No one, and I mean NO ONE ever complained about having Pokémon spawns. No one complained that some people get house spawns (I didn’t). They only wanted their situation to be at least somewhat similar.
Please Niantic, tell us this is a mistake and not all spawns were added, because if this is the new norm, I sense an exodus coming. A lot of people lost spawns near their typical play area.
This isn’t a rant about clusters going away. This isn’t a rant that I can’t sit on my couch and catch 20 Pokémon. I never could have. But I just did a few laps around my typical play area, seeing if maybe I missed something, but nope. Areas that housed lots of Pokémon now have NOTHING spawning.
We have now 5 generations. There are over 500 Pokémon now. It was annoying when you’d get maybe 8 species spawning, having a lack of variety. Some weather is just uninteresting to play in because the spawns are roughly the same things over and over.
The last thing this game needed was a decrease in spawns.
This doesn’t seem to be a lawsuit issue either. Many have reported that they now get more spawns in their house over at TSR.
I would walk over 80km a week catching Pokémon. Now I’m actually considering other hobbies.
End rant.
Just feel like I haven’t played as many games this generation and compared to others. With university and all. Thx in advance
Criteria: has to be available pre-Kyogre event
That’s it. Other that be nice and give me type coverage please?
