TL;DR Cereals as breakfast were invented because of mastrubating.
Man who invented cereal Dr. John Harvery Kellogg believed a diet centered on bland foods like cereal would lead Americans away from sin. One very specific sin: masturbation. (read more)

Then I waited for her to fill her bowl...and then I smiled inside.

Just what the title says really. Iβm trying not to use my HEXB for breakfast as Iβm very partial to a tortilla pizza at lunch using the Genius wraps! Just looking for a bit of inspiration and see what everyone else loves!
Thanks in advance π

- It takes approximately 54.9 gallons of water to produce 1 cup of milk, while it takes 1 cup of water to produce 1 cup of water

Eating toasted coconut flakes for breakfast, instead of cereals?
I love eating cereal (oats, wheat) for breakfast, but I'm intermittent fasting and trying to get off grains. Would eating a small bowl of toasted coconut flakes for breakfast (with some dried berries, cinnamon and spirulina) with a nut milk make a suitable breakfast?

That's all. I'm grumpy and I want cereal. I have brushed my teeth to trick my brain into thinking it's happy. Foodnight everyo- ahem, I mean... Gnight... Everyone....

[TOMT] Whatβs the name of this 70βs era breakfast cereal?
Would have been available about 1975-1980 in the U.S. (East Coast). It was βgrape nutsβ esque in that it was bland and healthy feeling and kind of like βwheatβ tasting. The pieces were teeny tiny like round sawdustβand kind of soft. You could easily line a dwarf hamster cage with this cereal.
It was in a small special box because it was so dense (in the same way that Grape Nuts is). The box might have had a shiny coating.
I have the name on the tip of my tongue. It was a one word noun name like βConcentrationβ or βPerfection.β I donβt care so much about the cerealβI am dying to remember the name!
It wasnβt popular and so disappeared by the early 80s.

Muesli/grains/cereal for dinner instead of breakfast?
Silly question but it is in my mind. Is there a reason muesli and cereal in general are consumed in the morning? Like regarding nutrition, absorption, digestion etc.? It always seemed to me that muesli is not heavy, yet is filling, and does not bother my sleep. And I also imagine that it is good to cleanse the bowels after a whole day and give it a whole night.
