I'm looking for some advice on how to improve this list. Right now it is largely theorycrafting, but am looking to play test with proxies and start collecting it once plastic Sisters of Battle models are available if things work out.
All lists must have some left/right boundaries (otherwise we'd all end up playing the same army) and for me that means it must be a Sisters of Battle *and* Black Templar list. I think that together they give off a cool gothic crusader vibe. Since I'd be collecting from scratch, I'm looking for a broad TAC.
That said, my immediate circle of opponents is highly competitive and I try to go to tournaments whenever I can. I've been on hiatus from the hobby however and have only been playing friendly games in this edition. Tournament and even most friendly games tend to be ITC format, though the friendly games use BRB missions for match play (any of them).
Regular opponents include IG, Orks, Tau, Eldar of all flavors, and other Space Marines. FLGS has everything, and many competitive players. So again, TAC is the proper mindset.

If I am correct, the Chronicles games are canon, and in ACC: Russia, the Templars side with the revolutionaries. Why would the Christian military order side with the secular and anti-religious communists as opposed to the Whites who were loyal to the church and the tsar.
