A list of puns related to "Lexie Brown"
Born in Massachusetts in 1994, Lexie has always been raised near a basketball. At 8 years old, her father was already the coach of the best women's league in the world. A factor that surely has influenced her to have such immaculate movements with the ball in her hands.
Her time in High School was changing teams several times, although she already showed that she had the level to go far in the world of basketball. Brown appeared in the 2013 McDonaldβs All-American Game and she was able to choose between several universities of enough category to continue with her training.
NCAAW was waiting for her, and Maryland was the place where Lexie chose to play. A team he took to the Final Four in his first season, earning himself the nickname "Big Shot Brown." A great start, which was supported by entering the ACC All-Freshman and ACC All-Academic Team quintets.
Lexie was sophomore when she really stood out. His palmares increased considerably adding to be in the All-Big Ten First Team, All-Big Ten Defensive Team, Big Ten Tournament Player, Academic All-Big Ten and AP Third team All-American. In addition to being the most outstanding player in the Big Ten tournament. Although the Maryland ones were not able to defeat the UConn Huskies in the Final Four. Still, Lexie was already showing itself to be a total base and aiming high to build a future for itself at the WNBA.
Before embarking on the path to being a professional, she would have another stop. To play closer to home, she switched to Duke University, putting the team back in the limelight of women's national basketball. In the βBlue Devilsβ jersey she averaged 18.9 points, 4 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 3.3 steals, being named ACC Defensive Player of the Year in 2018. The same year she would enter the Draft WNBA.
The Connecticut Sun chose Lexie in the ninth first-round pick, but it wouldn't matter much with that franchise. With only 5.6 minutes of play he had no chance to prove himself. Collateral damage from falling into a competitive project where getting a place in the rotation is complicated.

Minnesota Lynx came to the rescue, going through a round of the draft to enlist the services of Lexie and begin to give him prominence within the best league in the world. An encouragement to which Brown responded by becoming one of the best players starting from the second unit of
... keep reading on reddit β‘So, Lexi Brown was the most recent Bachelorette (NZ), and picked a guy named Hamish in the end. Timeline: season filmed in October and November, season aired at the beginning of this year, and reunion filmed in February.
I followed both of them on IG (Hamish for his brilliant photography), and Lexi (general interest + their travel adventures). They were together at the reunion, spoke about plans to move in together, and broke up a week after the reunion. No one knows what happened, and they havenβt divulged anything.
Now, today someone asked her, βgiven more time before hometowns, would the outcome be different?,β and her response was, βyeah, my season was really rushed in terms of filming and how it was on TV, but if I had more time for home visits, I think things would definitely turn out differently. But I donβt live with regrets. It is what it is.β
So, just as a matter of discussion, those who watched her season, how do you think things would be different with more time?
For the viewers of the US franchise, leads have, as far as I can recall, never expressed this sentiment. Is it because things always turned out the way they wanted, having been decisive since Night 1 for some Bachelorettes, or they had just the right amount of time needed to make a decision? The only recent thing I recall is Ben being sent home for not being vocal, missing the entire FS week, and then coming back. But, TBH, Tayshia would have chosen Zac regardless of Benβs actions. Any other examples where timing, more conversation, a second date could have POSSIBLY changed the outcome?

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
As 2021 comes to a close (to much rejoicing, by me at least), it's time to look forward to the coming year! To that effect, here are 120 books to look forward to in 2022, all of them sequels or books taking place in pre-existing universes (some of them might still be readable as standalones though!). Keep your eyes peeled for a second list of 120 debuts, new series, and standalones, coming to you as soon as I stop being lazy and get all the links working. Books were picked based on overall popularity, the level of discussion I've seen of the series on the sub, getting a nice even ten books per month, and my own fickle tastes. Lastly, a bunch of these dates are unconfirmed so the final publications might move around a bit, but hopefully not too much!
I was really curious to see how the categories compare, cause the difference between 1st and 2nd place is so stark for fantasy, so here:

I may be wrong, but I think the totals include votes and books from both rounds, not just the finals, so books in the final might have 2 votes each.

Do your worst!
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π
It really does, I swear!
