Bonsoir, je n'ai pas l'habitude de raconter ma vie et encore moins sur internet, mais j'ai vécu quelque-chose qui pourrait peut être correspondre au sub'.
Cette histoire s'est déroulée en 2014, durant ma première année de fac. J'étudiais, sans grand intérêt, le droit à Lyon, et à l'époque je consommais beaucoup de "sandwichs", surtout entres les cours. Grace à ça je m'étais fais un pote dans ma promo, "Antoine". Un jour "Antoine" m'a invité à venir passer le weekend chez lui au Puy en Velay pour taper soirée avec ses potes. Le jour du départ, je suis parti un peu à la va-vite de chez moi, et je n'avais pris que très peu de "sandwich" pour le weekend. N'ayant pas le permis à l'époque, j'ai du prendre deux trains puis un bus jusqu'au Puy, et entre chaque arrêts, je me faisais un ou deux "sandwich", me disant que ses potes auraient bien quelque chose.
GRAVE ERREUR. A mon arrivé chez "Antoine", je n'avais pratiquement plus rien. Ce qui faut savoir avec "Antoine", c'est qu'il ne consommais pas seulement des "sandwichs", mais aussi de la "farine" et beaucoup de "bonbons". Ce que moi je ne savais pas, c'est que ses potes eux, ne consommais QUE ça. J'ai donc passé la première soirée à finir ce qui me restais de "sandwich" avec "Antoine" puis je suis parti me coucher.
Le lendemain nous avons fais un barbecue à midi et ayant consommé tout ce qui me restait la veille, j'ai demandé si "Antoine" ou un de ses potes avaient de quoi me dépanner ou si ils savaient où je pouvais m'approvisionner. Malheureusement, vu qu'ils ne mangeais pas de "sandwichs", ils n'avaient rien et ne connaissaient personne. "Antoine" m'a cependant proposé de demander à un mec qu'il avait rencontré dans un festival et à qui il avait un jour acheté un "sandwich aux boulettes de viandes". Il n'avait pas son numéro de téléphone mais savait qu'il trainait près d'un bar pas loin du centre ville. Ne voulant pas revivre la même soirée que la veille sans avoir de quoi pouvoir passer le temps, j'ai accepté et nous sommes aller voir si nous pouvions le trouver.
Après 1h à trainer près du bar, il s'est enfin pointé et "Antoine" nous à présentés. Quand je l'ai eu pour la première fois en face de moi, j'ai ressenti comme une sorte de malaise (un peu comme dans ces animes où le héro est surpris par la présence du grand méchant). Ce qu'il faut savoir c'est qu'à l'époque j'étais plutôt costaud, je faisais un peu plus d'1m86 et je pesais plus de 90kg. Trainer régulièrement dans différents quartiers "cha

Tomorrow looks like a hot one, above 30 degrees in lower lying areas, although there is a SSW cross-tailwind that picks up to 17/18kph throughout the day to spice things up.
Stage Breakdown
Another transition stage, this one of the flatter variety, stage 16 sees the Tour give the GC men a second rest day and Kittel another chance for a stage. Probably.
To be fair, it's not all easy. The day does start with a cat. 3 climb off the bat, then rolls up and down a plateau for 45km before slowly falling back down 1000m towards sea level, with the final 50km or so all gently rolling towards the finish.
That finish however is not easy. With 4km to go the day gets difficult, with three roundabouts in a row to handle, before 2.5km of relative ease. Just under the kite the race goes across l'Isère river, and starts gradually going uphill.
Of more importance is the technical final km. Straight after the bridge comes a right hander and a left hander, both taking the shortest routes across roundabouts. Then comes 600m of uphill curving left, until going the long right hand way around this roundabout. The last 300m is a simple straight to the line
With that in mind, here are my predictions for tomorrow:

** - McClay, Cimolai, Greipel, Bouhanni, Swift, Kristoff

A probably sprint stage, with teams fresh(er) after rest day, and with the prospect of Alpine days ahead you would imagine the GC teams will be content to let the likes of Quick-Step, Bora and Lotto Soudal control pace. The question is of course is can they contain the break?
If they do, then that final stretch will be hard to control. The downhill few hundred metres into the final km will string the field out, and after that, the roundabout with 300m to go will most likely be single file. If you're not in position there then the game is up.

J'ai cru entendre dire qu'il y avait un marché ce matin au Puy en Velay, mais je ne sais pas à quelle heure exactement (je me suis donc réveillé tôt). Tout ce que je sais, c'est qu'on pourra probablement y manger des oeufs avec u/utkarshmttl. J'imagine qu'il y aura beaucoup de stands, aussi j'aimerais qu'on me conseille car je tiens à croiser u/utkarshmttl.

Weather wise tomorrow looks to be bright and sunny, although with a headwind towards the end of the day.
Stage Breakdown
Time for a trip through the Massif Central, a rocking and rolling day (in the words of Kirby) that will tire the legs of the GC men whilst not offering much in the way of a decisive point to break the race apart. A breakaway win seems on the cards for now.
Tomorrow is 189.5km, and covers four categorised climbs, with two to start and two to finish. Only 17km into the stage we hit the first one and almost certainly the launchpad for the break, the Montée de Naves d'Aubrac. 8.9km at 6.4% isn't hard compared to what has come before, but being a cat. 1 will see a flurry of interest in the points awaiting on the top.
After that comes a 10km break before the next climb, a little cat. 3, just 3.3km at 5.9%. The next 90km or so are mostly along a high plateau, which falls for the first 50km in an undulating fashion, before the intermediate sprint with 94km to go. Then an uncategorised section of road climbs 380m in the next 11.5km, more of a leg sapping drag than anything else.
Once that is dealt with, we go back down to the plateau level before plunging off down to the foot of the next climb which starts 41km from the end, the Col de Peyra Taillade, which is really two sections at 6% and then 7% separated by 1.8km of pain in the middle, averaging over 11%. From the top though lies 30km to go, and although it is downhill on average, there is still more climbing to do.
A little cat 4 comes with just 13km left, but for 1.9km at 6.8% will only hurt legs, not cause massive gaps. From there the race heads down for another 6km, before a brief uncategorised pitch just before the 5km to go kite.
