Algos are not simple computer programs which can be modified on the fly without great risk. SHFs have pretty much placed AMC-GME's charts on a predetermined path. They're aware we know what's going on but at this point late in the game, I doubt they'd intervene in the algo's execution.

Frankly, there's very little Shitadel can do because their algos were designed to take advantage of human weaknesses... but Apes are not human.

Founded in 1996, it became a leading Market Maker and its Electronic Trading group handled a fair amount of the US market by 2012.

Along the way they were fined for various violations, just like Citadel.

They are known for the Stock Market disruption in 2012 that caused them to loose over 440 million dollars.

They were also Citadel and Susquehanna before they were Cool

They literally blew up because of a Failure of their computer system (read about it ) but they were also net short at the time in 74 companies to the tune of 3.15 Billion. They ended up blowing up and eventually bought by Virtue Capital.

They also had multiple short selling violations where they never actually bought the underlying securities and had to pay fines to the tune of 12million back in 2012.

My group questions how my rune knights runes work on a daily basis. They always question how my character puts his runes onto his equipment. Some say he requires smith tools to do so as rune knight comes with proficiency in those tools and others say that because it doesnt say a rune knight needs to use a tool of some sort that they must have it in their possession to do so.

Can i get some feedback on this as i believe, due to the info in the rules saying so, that the rune knight just magically imbues the items with the runes over a period of time during a long rest?

Elmington Capital Group now owns a handful of land parcels on the western part of Charlotte Avenue, a few miles from downtown.

The firm, led by Ben Brewer, spent $17 million on 5330, 5324 and 5320 Charlotte Ave., according to newly filed deeds. The 9-acre site holds a strip mall, Burger King and parking lot.

No construction permits related to the land have been filed.

“We are thrilled to add this property to our portfolio. We don’t have any future plans ready to share at the moment. We will continue to operate Richland Creek as a retail center," according to a spokesperson for Elmington Capital, adding that John Maxwell at Alpine Ventures will serve as leasing representative.

Elmington Capital is known for building commercial mixed-use properties and affordable housing complexes, including projects at Antioch’s Century Farms and Nashville’s Edgehill and Chestnut Hill neighborhoods.

Charlotte Avenue is quickly becoming a main thoroughfare to downtown, and more developers are pitching projects there. Existing commercial developments on the corridor include OneCity — which offers office space, retail and hundreds of residential units — and several large apartment complexes.

Elmington Capital’s newly bought land was appraised at $17.8 million, slightly more than its sales price.
