A list of puns related to "John Bartlett (publisher)"
I don't want to potentially spoil too much, but after a certain scene early on in the book I wonder who that was. They mention the name besides other ones I recognize but I found many people named John Bartlett online, including a publisher and some politicians. Is this just a random name or am I missing an obscure history reference?
Not sure about anyone else, but for me it isnt mind numbing to watch a Sportsnet broadcast now.
How many times has he done the commentary this year? I was just thinking about it and it seems like it's basically always the HNIC or TSN guys, last year I swear we had Romanuk way more than we've had Bartlett so far
I've had some wine tonight, but I'm constantly feeling "Elizabeth ay yai yai" re watching The West Wing. This is the episode with the flashbacks to the campaign trail where Josh falls in love with Jed and leaves the uninspiring Hoyens campaign.
>The Democrats aren't going to nominate another Liberal academic from New England, I mean we're dumb but we're not that dumb
>No I think we're exactly that dumb
>But Leo.. she gurl tho..
I present, for your consideration, a collection of my favorite calls:

You'll notice that his excitement does not waver regardless of who holds the puck or which team scores. Truly an underappreciated commentator. If you watch a Habs game on TSN and you find yourself graced with the soothing voice of John Bartlett, just know that you'll be in for a great game.

The issue of Genshin changing their publisher from Mihoyo to Cognosphere has sparked a bit of discussion recently. Some people were freaking out about their money going to a seemingly different company. Many assumptions and rumors started popping up and going around. And some of them are getting out of hand. I have compiled the rumors that are being spread around, hoping to raise more awareness.
Just to make it clear again, these are NOT facts, but rumors.
Ok, now let's look at the actual facts.
Mihoyo DID make an announcement, most people probably just didnโt read it. The announcement explained that the change was for publishing on various platforms and easier in-game purchases.
>Dear Travelers,
>
>Months after Genshin Impact was added to the Epic Games Store on June 9, today, we'd like to announce that Travelers worldwide who have downloaded Genshin Impact on Epic Games Store are now able to make in-game transactions with various payment methods supported by Epic Games Store.
>
>To ensure the safety and convenience of online transactions, we will continue to listen to player feedback and seek more eligible payment options globally. Meanwhile, with more entities engaged, the publisher of Genshin Impact on Epic Games Store has been updated to COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD., which would be responsible for the publishing work on various platforms. Quality service will still be ensured in all publishings.
So why does โchangingโ publishers make it easier for global players to pay for in-game purchases? This is actually common practice for Chinese game companies. It helps them better manage the international market and overcome cash flow restrictions from other countries. China doesnโt have good relationships with many western countries, therefore there are heavy cash flow restrictions going into China and sometimes regulations on Chinese products. But unlike China, Singapore has no political stands and has good economic
