A list of puns related to "James City (Virginia Company)"
Hello! I am provided a company vehicle that I can use for personal use. The company does obviously insure the vehicle for the event of collision, but if anything outside of collision happens, I am on my own to foot the bill for the full repair or the deductible, which is high.
I have a personal auto policy for a personal vehicle that I also own.
My question is this: will my current personal auto policy cover me on the company vehicle in the event that a comprehensive claim would need to be made? Such as a cracked windshield, a tree falling on the roof, flooding, etc. As examples?
And if not, is there a specific policy I could look into obtaining a separate policy to cover this vehicle?
I am located in Virginia.
Thanks in advanced.

Last week:
>After knocking down a clutch three, Kyle Kuzma told hecklers with a "LeBron Got Kuzma his RING!" sign that "It was their fault" & "Without LeBron, Cleveland wouldn't be sh*t." π
>Then he autographed the sign after the game.
Basically title. I cancelled service with company a almost two months ago and signed up with company b. Company a originally said they'd come get their trash can "soon" but would not nail down a date, this was the end of November/early December. I called back January 3rd asking when they would pick up their can. I was told either January 6th or 13th. Again I was fine with it. Today, their can is still in my driveway.
How long do I have to let it sit there before I can call it abandoned and dispose of it? Alternatively, am I able to write something up and bill them storage fees for storing their equipment? Their terms of service mention nothing in regard to how long they have to come pick it up and my searches all end up on tenant/landlord laws and rules following termination of a lease.
Hi All!
Iβll be contacting a tax accountant in the near future related to my situation, but was curious if anyone has run into my situation and how it played out.
I currently live/work in Virginia for a company whose office is in VA, but will be moving to New York City for personal/family reasons. Luckily, my company says I can work remote wherever Iβd like, but this brings the question β how am I going to be taxed on my income? Will I now only be subject to NY tax? Or am I going to be double taxed in NY and VA since my company is technically based out of VA?
This has been keeping me up at night as I get closer to moving, any insight you all may have is greatly appreciated!
"All employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies."
How can we enact change through the course of our lifetimes to work towards a healthier future. I saw there was a 32 hour week something or other in the house, but that doesn't do any good so long as at-will states pull this.
I have been at my sales job for 3 years now. When we are hired, there is a commission structure we agree upon, as well as a bonus structure we agree upon. If you sell a certain amount you will receive a bonus based on the overall amount sold within a month. However, if you have two attendance infractions within the month (being late, or missing a day) you will lose that performance bonus.
I was curious if it is actually legal, considering it is part of our pay agreement at employment to actually take that bonus away.
They even sent out a memo during covid to stay home if you feel sick at all. If you do, they still take your bonus. Seems a little selfish to me...
