I just thought about adding something unique... this was the first idea I came up with.
Might be from an old movie or a tv show. Some guy is in witness protection and someone gives him groucho glasses to hide himself and he gets gunned down as soon as he exits the building. I'm also pretty sure that I saw it on Reddit somewhere first, but I doubt that'll help much.

I remember that Kidz/teen movie from my childhood (so, I guess it's from the early 90s).
Here's what I remember on the plot: kids were under some sort of spell (or mind game, unclear) and they got very serious and studious. Only making them laugh hard could break the spell, so the good guys used Groucho Marx Glasses to save the day!

Notable gameplay mechanics: You moved the mouse up and down or side to side to nod or shake the brain. The brain would get larger and larger as you answered more questions correctly. If you got too many questions wrong, the brain exploded.
Other details: There were several game modes to choose from. The brain sounds similar to Piston Honda/Hondo from Super Punch Out (Wii). In fact, I remembered this game when Honda said, "Shimata!" which sounds almost exactly like the brain saying "Jessica Simpson!" (one of the choices for a question.)
