A list of puns related to "Grease trucks"
I was just curious about possibly using mobil 28 on wheel bearings or 33 on ball joints. I remember seeing a comment here about someone using Mastinox on their car which is pretty metal but thatβs about it.
My company makes us grease our trucks every 1000kms (620mi). I think that's way overboard. Do you agree?

After my oil change yesterday, and then needing to have a squeak looked at, their tech apparently left grease all over my truck (i already called the dealership). What is the best way to get the grease off ?
I have long (below the shoulder) thin, blonde hair, have had since high school, and I've never been able to find a routine that allows me to go more than a day without washing the grease out.
It still smells good and feels soft and smooth, I have very healthy hair, but it looks limp and stringy after a single night.
I switched from sulfate shampoos, I use good stuff that is made for people with my hair type, I wash my pillowcase regularly, the only thing that I've seen that I havent tried is a baking soda wash and acv rinse. A friend of mine swears by it, doesnt need to wash her hair more than once a week and it always looks amazing, but I'm thinking that might be because she's a witch.
How do I free the luscious flowing locks that I know are yearning to grace the world with their presence? Halp.
Hi all!
I'm looking for a video I saw recently on Reddit. It was of two men lip syncing and dancing to "You're the One That I Want" from Grease outside of a truck or car. I think the title of the post had the words "...when the wives..." in it, like they were fooling around (innocently!) and dancing as a joke (I tried searching something similar and only got some *adult* results... whoops!). It might have been in r/aww or r/funny . Can anyone help me find it? I want to show my partner since we sing that all the time. Thanks!
Is there some purpose to these other than to make driving next to a semi even more terrifying?
Hi everybody - first time posting here.
I am in the process of rebuilding the front axle on my big ol military truck (M35A2 or "Deuce 1/2"), and I am done with the tear-down and am now at the fun part of putting things back together!
One question which has stumped me as I reassemble is regarding grease. When I first started prepping for the job, I got Lucas Heavy Duty grease from Amazon for packing the wheel bearings and the cavity around the spindle arm in the hub. This was recommended on a truck forum for this application. Since I did a completed tear down of the axle, I now realise I need a whole lot more grease to properly lube up the U-joint. Problem is that I need A LOT of grease for the U-joint (it's a big truck), and I got impatient with Amazon, and so I went out to the auto parts store and got a 4-gallon tub of Valvoline multi-vehicle (cherry red) grease, which was recommended for axle and U-joints. I think uses a lithium complex agent.
Now that I'm back home and second-guessing my purchase, because based upon a grease compatibility chart, these two greases are listed as incompatible. Lucas green is a polyurea base, and the Valvoline cherry red is a lithium complex. Apparently the mixing will cause the grease to prematurely stiffen. (is that the worst thing?) My question is: if I use different greases in two different settings (the cherry red for the U-joint, and the Lucas green in the wheel hub), and these two areas are relatively isolated from each other (there are grease passages, so I guess some mixing is inevitable?). Would it be okay to use the two greases? is that a terrible idea or is it worth it to wait on Amazon get more Lucas green for all of the axle parts?
