One is iconic and built the franchise, one was a good pick but ultimately didn't work out, and one was one of the worst draft picks in NBA history. This really shows how big of a deal getting #1 is for the franchise.
It’s a nice combo and will only get better as Grant gets more and more comfortable. I’m sure some of you complainers don’t like it but I’ve enjoyed it this far.
As your probably aware by now, the Phoenix Suns have clinched a playoff berth for the first time since 2010 (congrats Suns fans). It's been a long time coming and the Suns went through some miserable seasons the past decade (see: I don't wanna be here).
In fact, not a single one of their starters from that season is still playing professional basketball. Grant Hill and J-Rich feel as if they've been out of the NBA for a lifetime, they may as well be fossils. Really shows just how long it's been.
Key role players included guys like Jared Dudley, Leondra Barbosa and a 2nd year Goran Dragic.
As avid fans will recall, the Suns not only made the playoffs in 2010 but gave Kobe and the Lakers a hell of a fight before falling in a hard fought 6 game series. If only Metta World Peace wasn't at the perfect spot at the perfect time...
I am a nms player. I currently have 66k mt. I saw on the auction house that the out of position Dark Matter Grant Hill is worth about 60-65k mt. I was wondering if he was worth it and should i buy him? If not, is there any other cards that are worth the similar amount of mt?

Both are on a shortlist of one of the best wings ever in terms of pure basketball talent. TMac was one of the most gifted perimeter scorers ever while being a good playmaker and solid defender(when trying). After being subjected to poor teams in Orlando he went to Houston and his injuries kept piling up from there (he was only supposed to play 4-5 years out of high school due to scoliosis in his back I believe)
GHill was a prototype of Lebron in terms of a player comparison and unfortunately broke his ankle right before teaming up with TMac in Orlando. He was viewed as the heir apparent to Jordan in terms of being the face of the league too.
At their peaks as an individual player, who was the better player?
Also, who would have ended up with a better career, in terms how we rank them, if they were healthy after teaming up and continued their careers?

I dont know if its because i just watched ESPN's The Jump and just turned on the Celtics/Nets game DVR'd or the beer or 3 I've had but does Grant Hill & Vince Carter have the same somewhat gravelly voice and have what i guess is a North Carolina-esque way of speaking (where they make great points but it has pauses, maybe a old saying from an elder)?
