A list of puns related to "Goblin Slayer"
Let me inaccurately translate what I read:
βFoolsβ Goblin slayer immediately took a swing with his coin purse and smashed it with full force on the head of one of the beasts. The goblinβs skull burst open. The fact that the coins of goblin-plagued villagers caused one of these fiends to die could be considered karma.
That was an awesome moment and I wanted to share this with someone.

This is a throaway account, for obvious reasons. We are playing a rules-light RPG based off the anime "Goblin Slayer". For those who are unaware, Goblin Slayer is a rather controversial anime. However, this is not what this horror story is about. Let me explain.
I'm an Asian woman, and the GM. One of the players, let's called her Linda, is a Black woman, and she plays a paladin. I've made a big effort on world building, because I'm not good with improvisation. I prepared a well-developed goblin den, with intricate traps and tactics to surprise the players. They seemed to enjoy themselves and told me that it's a wonderful game. All, except Linda.
Linda hasn't been invested in her character at all, and she mostly chit-chats out of character. I didn't mind it at first; after all, we are all playing RPGs for different reasons, but we are all her to socialize. Also, she's new to RPGs, and it takes time to adapt. So if she prefers to chat, and the game is an excuse to hang out with other people, that's fine with me.
She would tell me that I can pick her character's actions, and that she can do whatever. I did try to get her engaged more in the storyline, but each time I would discuss her character with her, she would get visibly annoyed. So, I left it at that, and I didn't speak much to her anymore, so as to not bother her.
At the next session, the group defeated all the goblins, and arrived at the youngling's room. I asked Linda what she wants to do with the younglings. She said, again, that she doesn't care. I explained to her that her religious order encourages their paladins to rescue the younglings, so that they can educate them and teach them to be civilized. Suddenly, she got extremely angry, and she said that she "doesn't give a fuck". She seemed enraged, and everyone at the table was speechless. She kept repeating that I'm a bitch over and over. (A poster asked why no one said anything. Linda looked frightening when she was angry. She has a grisly, muscular build, wide shoulders, great, taloned hands, and a high energy level. At that moment, I felt she had the strength to tear off my arm.)
Then, she pulled up a video on her cellphone, of >!a frail Asian girl getting punched by a ferocious Black girl, during a basketball game. She violently threw the screen in front of my face. She said, "You see, that's why it's happening." She explained that Asians are stuck-up, and that's why

Any anime like it you recommend?
You know, all things considered I'm surprised GS is not considered a Paladin. By just about every metric he's a prime example of what a paladin should be.
He's kind ( literally the frontiers kindest ), virtuous, humble, honest ( if a bit blunt ) and is a beacon of hope against darkness and evil.
I mean sure he's a bit liberal on his methods of killing goblins but never cruel. If there was any one who deserved the abilty to smite evil more then GS I've not seen them.
Edit: Fixing a few misconceptions
Paladins do not need to worship gods, only clerics have to ( though iirc there are clerics devoted to a cause instead ), most Paladins just choose to.
I'm talking about what a Paladin IS spirtually, not mechanically as there are far more then enough posts arguing who has what class in this sub.
After finishing the first season of goblin slayers I decided to watch another fantasy anime but in this one they had elves, humans and goblins living together and all I wanted to see was the goblins being slaughtered for being nasty creatures but alas turns out the goblins in that series were actually decent beings.
Like other Gacha type games, would the Goblin Slayer event ever come back? I started playing the game today but that event was really cool back when I remember seeing it. Could it possibly come back or no?
I've been wondering what happens next, can I anyone tell me???
I am completely caught up to the Goblin Slayer manga and I am currently in a state of boredom. Seeing as I have important things to do, there is no better time than now to adapt the main character of Goblin Slayer, Goblin Slayer, into Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition.
Goblin Slayer is an adventurer in the 3rd highest rank of the Adventurer's Guild. There are 10 ranks, so it is generally accepted (from what I have seen) that each rank is roughly equal to 2 D&D levels. Being at the 3rd rank puts him at the range of 16 - 15th level. He's one of the more experienced Silvers, so I'll place him at 16th level as a whole.
- S t a t s -
Because it's easy, I'll just use the Standard Point Array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8)
Strength: 15 - Quite strong. For a human, that is. (This won't be maxed out, but feel free to trade out a feat for max Str if you plan on actually playing this)
Dexterity: 14 - Goblin Slayer is often the one to initiate the battle against the goblins he discovers
Constitution: 12 - He can take a few strong hits, but not many
Intelligence: 10 - No real reason other than needing Wis for multiclassing
Wisdom : 13 - For the multiclassing
Charisma: 8 - Dump stat, his armor is always dirty and he doesn't talk much.
- Race & Background -
Goblin Slayer is a Variant Human, he is human and is built different. The stat bonuses will go into Strength and Dexterity. The free feat chosen will be the Tavern Brawler feat, he will fight using just about anything so long as he can kill goblins with it. The stat bonus will go into Strength again to bring it up to 17. The proficiency will be in History, he can pretty much identify what goblins are going to be in the nest by what's at the entrance.
He is a Folk Hero. He's known as a hero of the frontier for his actions in wiping out goblins that many others would ignore. The tools he's most likely to be proficient in (in my opinion) are the woodcarver's and tinker's tools, so pick whichever of the two.
- Class -
In Year One (at least in the manga), he is stated to be a Fighter/Ranger. I'll be working with just those two classes for this build, but that doesn't push out the possibility he's multiclassed into a 3rd or even 4th class over the 5 years between Year One and the main series. I'll try to order the classes in a way that can make sense, but it probably won't be optimal.
