A list of puns related to "Gail Vaz Oxlade"
There were some shows hosted by Gail Vaz-Oxlade about people who were in debt. "Till Debt do us part was one, the other was "Princess" (or Prince$$)
The first focused more on couples and family's, the second focused on young people (mostly girls, some guys) who were spend a holics often using other's money.
It's Canadian from the early 2000s so not sure if Ken has seen.
i loved it because it was such a wake up call also she taught me a lot about budgeting and financial management!
i recommend watching some episodes on youtube
I was thinking about revamping my household budget for 2019 and went to go check out Gail Vaz Oxlade's resources on her website as I used her budget before and really liked it. However, I can't get onto the website https://www.gailvazoxlade.com/resources/the_budget_binder.html
It says it requires a sign in? Does anyone know what's going on as I loved the articles she had posted on there and all of her great tips. If not, does anyone have a downloaded excel copy of her budget that they could send me? I could rebuild it (I'm not awful on ExCel) but just wanted to save some time. Thanks!
I'm so bummed. I know it's a cliche, but she really changed my life. My husband and I used to be drowning in debt. Watching her show, I went from "I can't do that" to "Maybe I can do that" to "Hell yeah, I'm doing that."
At one point in my life, I didn't watch anything on tv except 'Til Debt Do Us Part and the occasional Suze Orman. I'm sure both of them worked so late into the game because they were making the coin later in life. Because of this lady, this sub and MMM, there is no way I'll be clocking in at 57... I think.
I know many of us want to work PT after FI instead of full on retirement. If you had your dream job (such as these two just telling people they can't afford a boat), how long would you work full time until you would call it quits?

Hey guys, finished this knife last month and only now i sharpened it. Took its edge to a 3000 shapton glass + strop with polishing compound.
It has an amazing 215mm blade out of W2 carbon steel with a beautiful forged texture and a genuine hamon etched in red iron oxide. The blade is stunning when looking it in different angles. The hamon pop out really nicely depending how light hits the blade.
Its a knife meant to be laser, thin, light and fast like one. It has only 178 grams so it really feels amazing in hand.
Blade is wide and the handle has a different angle from the spine, giving the ability of cutting with the entire knife in the cutting board without touching your hands in it.
The handle is unique and made out of a 1300 years old stabilized bog oak (certified) from Raffir. You will be holding a piece of history, probably my favorite material ever. The other part of the handle is made out blue stabilized maple wood, giving it an unique pattern and colors. The closer you look the more details you will notice.
Balance is just perfect, right near the choil. By the way, both spine and choil are rounded for better comfort.

Hope you like this cutting machine.
Hey guys, another very special knife that i was planning to show only in the future but due medical checkups ill be making it available sooner and cheaper than i expected.
For this project i decided to inspire myself in the ocean and the blue colors of it. Thats why i picked this stabilized maple handle and did a wave pattern on the hamon of the blade (it is genuine, made with clay in the heat treament). It is VERY challenging to put it in a blade in order to look like a wave but i guess i did it. Its even more challenging to etch it and make it pop like this, its as much work as etching damascus steel.
This make the blade very unique and it also has a outstanding hammered texture in the flats that look like a rock surface.
The knife is zero grind, meaning it has no microbevel. This makes the knife cuts very deeply easily, its also fast to sharpen it as it has less material to remove from the edge (there is a video cutting fine paper holding the knife with a single finger in the balance point on the imgur below).
It never had an owner and it goes sharpened to 3000 grit and polished in a strop.
Just in case you want the knife and love the ocean as well, you can have a sheath for it with genuine shark or stingray leather for an additional cost.

HAVE AN AMAZING END OF THE YEAR EVERYONE!
Fountain Valley, CA β Identifinders International, in conjunction with the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences and audiochuck, announces the identification of 1981 Harris County murder victims as then 21 year-old Harold Dean Clouse and spouse 17 year-old Tina Gail (Linn) Clouse.
The newlywed couple, who married in June 1979, was found together in a heavily wooded area 100 feet south of Wallifville Rd. in Houston, TX. They had been deceased approximately two months prior to their discovery on January 12, 1981, when a dog living nearby led searchers to their remains. Mr. Clouse was found beaten, bound and gagged. Ms. Linn Clouse had been strangled.
The couple left their home in Volusia County, Florida in 1981 with their one year-old baby for Mr. Clouse to pursue carpentry work in Texas. Soon after, the coupleβs car was returned to the family by a stranger who led them to believe the couple had joined a religious group and no longer wanted contact with the family.
The coupleβs bodies were exhumed in July 2011 by Dr. Jennifer Love, Forensic Anthropology Director of the Identification Unit at the Harris County Medical Examiner's office for the purpose of collecting DNA to determine if the two were related.
In 2021 the genealogy research was funded through audiochuck, an Indianapolis-based media company that produces CrimeJunkies, a popular true crime podcast. Working with case manager and forensic anthropologist Deborrah Pinto at the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, the case was solved by Identifinders Senior Forensic Genealogist Misty Gillis and former colleague Allison Peacock. Gillis identified Harold Dean Clouse within 10 days of taking the case. When his family mentioned his wife was also missing, Peacock was able to identify the other murder victim as his wife Tina Gail Linn. βI'm very thankful to have been given the opportunity to work on this case. It was a difficult case emotionally.β commented Gillis.
Dr. Colleen Fitzpatrick, President of Identifinders International added βWe are pleased that the Institute of Forensic Sciences placed its confidence in us and we were able to bring closure to the Clouse and Linn families after so long. We thank audiochuck for their generous support in funding the work on this case."
But the closure of these cases has led to another mystery: the whereabouts of their baby Hollie Marie. No baby was found with the coupleβs bodies and so far no Baby Doe cases have been found t
