A list of puns related to "Floyd Lawson"
People hate the Bates and rightfully so because they are bigoted and judgemental, but all these kids were brought up thinking their beliefs are right. The older kids should know better since they are adults, but there are young children involved as well. Remember people do not change over night. They would have to change their entire thought process.
For example, a racist is not going to wake up one day and be cured of their racist tendencies.
Also, I am not excusing their behavior at all.
Here are some edge defender salary numbers:
TJ Watt - 24m
J. Bosa - 21.25m
D. Lawrence, L. Williams and F. Clark - 19m
L. Floyd - 16.5
S. Barrett, B. Dupree and T. Flowers 16m
C. Lawson closes out the top 10 at 15m
If anybody was wondering, #94 makes 13.5.
Should we extend him now? Or should we just wait and see if he can stay healthy in his final year and then franchise him if he does?
TWO DAT!!
Was it necessary for (who said it ) to mention George Floyd? Real question. The charade showed Lawson shooting down one of the youngsters with a pretend gun. It seems like for whoever to mention that, they were purposely being harmful. They also said it after the right answer was called out several times, and Lawson confirmed it was correct.
Is it possible that this person wanted to project the age old (and confirmed via countless research to be false) stereotype that POC , especially black males, are innately criminal and immoral and therefore should be HUNTED FOR SPORT, like animals?
Is it a coincidence whoever felt bold enough to say such a heinous comment about human life on the exact same day as the Rittenhouse verdict?
I find that hard to believe.
Here's what went down. UP was filming a charades game with the Bateses. Lawson drew HUNT and pretended to shoot one of the kids. Someone yelled George Floyd in the background and Carlin caught backlash. I doubt if UP will do anything but I hope it's edited out. I don't get why people tin they are better.
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Made all-time hometown rosters with original 30 NBA teams + 25 new teams to split populated areas and big teams (spreadsheet + map)
I used the top 969 players who have at least 10000 minutes played in their career.
Why 10000 minutes played? Because that's the lower standard set by Basketball-Reference to get on their ABA career leaderboard (15000 MP for NBA). I added George Mikan, because even though he hasn't played enough minutes, he's featured in All-Time ESPN NBARank and Bill Simmons Hall of Fame Pyramid.
I started off with the current 30 teams. To split up the Lakers and Clippers, I gave the Clippers their proposed Inglewood site.
As I looked at the map of player hometowns, I realized that there were:
Based off city population and arena size, I added 25 new teams.
I started off gathering hometowns due to this fantastic database by Reuben Fischer-Baum ([original article source here](https://deadspin.com/infographics-where-do-pro-basketball-players-come-from-5132615

These are some coaches I think would be interesting names (and would likely be floated by a beat reporter or Twitter person) should there be an opening. Will there be openings? Iβd like to think so. It seems like anything from 2-5 spots on the defense are going to be opening up, with the most likely numbers being 3-4 in my opinion. Iβm going to preface this by saying that a DC is going to bring in HIS guys (subject to CDMβs approval, of course), so some guys on here (Arnett and White stand out) are probably going to eschew some of the more conventional names and big time recruiters to find guys that really fit their scheme. So there could, of course, be coaches hired that arenβt on here. This is just to give an idea of who could be brought in for each position group. Also there are some guys on here that are in a weird spot of probably having a good enough resume to seek out a DC job, but maybe not one at the level of UF.

Recently it was announced that there is going to be a docuseries on Amazon Prime Video coming in late 2022 or early 2023 that is going to cover families such as the Duggars, the Bateses, and the Plaths in regards to IBLP (Institute in Basic Life Principles). Variety has an article about the series: https://variety.com/2021/tv/news/duggars-documentary-investigative-series-amazon-lularich-1235142307/
>After their successful collaboration on the βLuLaRichβ docuseries, Amazon Studios has greenlit an investigation from the same filmmakers, about the Institute in Basic Life Principles. That fundamentalist organization is associated with the Duggars, the famous reality TV family that has become the subject of scrutiny since it was exposed in 2015 that Josh Duggar had molested his sisters and other kids. Earlier this month, Duggar was convicted of possessing child pornographyΒ and faces years in prison.

>After Duggarβs crimes were revealed in 2015, TLC canceled β19 Kids and CountingβΒ β sort of. The show evolved into the spinoff βCounting On,β which ran for 11 seasons until Josh Duggar was arrested in April of this year. TLC announced in late June that it would βnot be producing additional seasons of βCounting On,ββ in order to βgive the Duggar family the opportunity to address their situation privately.β

>The untitled docuseries is currently in production, and is being produced by The Cinemart, Story Force and Chick Entertainment, in addition to Amazon Studios. It will premiere on Prime Video late next year or in 2023.
>
>Hereβs its logline: βOn the heels of Josh Duggarβs explosive criminal trial, the untitled project will expose shocking connections between some of reality televisionβs most famous large families and The Institute in Basic Life Principles, a controversial fundamentalist organization and homeschooling empire. In addition, prominent commentators, writers, and social media voices will explore the broader zeitgeist of reality television, social media, faith, fundamentalism, patriarchy, and power.β

>The filmmakersβ investigation into the Institute in Basic Life Principles and the Duggars will also focus on two other large reality TV families: the Plaths, of TLCβs βWelcome to Plathville,β and the Bates, of UpTVβs βBringing Up Bates.β
So since the Bateses will be a topic of discussion on there, what w

It really does, I swear!
So as we're all aware of by now, Carlin posted a now-deleted video on her Instagram story of her family playing Charades and somebody (it has been said that it was either Nathan, Trace, or Isaiah) yelled "George Floyd" when Lawson and one of the younger boys were trying to act out "hunting" during the game.
https://reddit.com/link/qz4otc/video/erwsk9c1l0181/player
This of course, has led to much controversy and criticism of the Bates family, which was addressed in an article that was posted by Society101. Carlin removed the video in question once she began to receive backlash from it, and issued an apology (and I use "apology" rather loosely, since it was apparent that she didn't write it or mean it to begin with). An article regarding the apology can be found here.
This post is where anything regarding this matter can be discussed, and in order to keep this from turning into a flaming dumpster fire, please keep the sub rules in mind when posting. Also I will be making a separate post regarding info for contacting UpTV and sponsors for anybody that is interested in doing so.
Other than that, let the discussion begin!
Because she wanted to see the task manager.
I made a post like this on the Bringing Up Bates sub that was locked because people were arguing over certain things that were listed, and I made another one on FundieSnarkUncensored (which is now archived) , so I'm going to consider this one Version 3.0.
Anyway, what I had posted on both subs was a list of the things that people should be aware about when it comes to this controversial family. While there's people who have followed this family since their appearances on the Duggars first show on TLC, when they had their website and blog, and when United Bates Of America was on the air, there's also people that have little or no knowledge about any of those things and only know the Bateses because of social media and Bringing Up Bates. And if somebody wants to be a fan of this family, they should be aware of everything about them - the positive AND the negative.
So what are some things that people should know about the Bates family?
For reference, here are links to the two posts that I made:

This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
