I made some tonkotsu broth and added fatback in the last few hours. I read in Ramen Lord's book that we can set the backfat aside and use it for the ramen. I just have a few questions:
- How much should I put per bowl of ramen? (1 tablespoon?)
- Are the sizes of the bits alright, the fork has some bits on it for reference? (I ran it through a food processor)
- How can I make it better? Can I infuse it with some scallions or something so it's like an aromatic oil? Or will that make it worse?

I’m making ramen for the first time using this recipe (recipe in comments). They use pork fatback in the stock and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to find (I’m shopping at an asian store to get the ingredients). Is it hard to find? I live in Toronto. If it is what can I substitute it with that can be easily found?

If he hadn't told franklin that they had connections to skully in season 3, they would have never done buisness with skully, and franklin's crew would have never had problems with skully, and the little girl wouldn't have gotten killed, so obviously kadija would have had no reason to kill him. He should have just kept quiet when franklin asked if anyone has any connections to skully

this writing this season has been disastrous compared to the first 3 seasons. HOW... HOWWWWWWW do you get in the car with some random bitch when you know people are out to get you?!?! How does fatback not wait for franklin and them?? these mfs that are in this drug business are acting like straight amateurs with the lack of common sense in their decisions 🙄🙄🙄
So at the beginning of the season Leon told Franklin he wouldn’t go back to working for him and his aunt because he was the one who had the projects on lock and just wanted to run those. Now we meet Fatback cousin and I may be mistaken but it sounded like they were controlling the projects with Fatback from the beginning. How Leon run the projects and not know Deon and his crew? Maybe I missed something
Bought some out of curiosity. What should I do with it? does it need to be cooked? If it donesnt require cooking, should I eat it by itself or serve with dressing?
I thought he made quite a splash in Episode 7. Leon might be mentally scarred from killing the little girl, but Big Deon made him look real little in this episode. He taking the projects from Leon and that’s major.
Guys a recipe for salted fatback please?
