Lip Fat Grafting
Hey yβall! I was wondering if anyone could steer me in the right direction. I love the look of super full, dramatic, almost over-the-top lips. For reference, my ideal look is something like Ariana Grande. Iβve spent the last few years getting countless fillers, and for whatever reason, my body metabolizes them way quicker than most. Iβve gotten at total of 5 syringes over a year and a half and it barely looks any different than when I started.
Because of this, Iβm looking for something more cost-effective/dramatic/permanent. Do you think Iβd be able to achieve these results with fat grafting? Iβve heard some terrible things about lip implants so I donβt really wanna go that route so fat grafting seems super promising to me. I have a consultation with a PS next week but just figured Iβd ask around here first!

Lip fat transfer
Hi everyone. Did anyone went through with lip fat transfer/grafting ? I'm not sure whether to go through filler or fat.
I actually intend to get lip filler first, then decide if I should get lip fat transfer. But I don't even want that much of a difference. Maybe half a syringe. And I think lip fat transfer is a lot more expensive than lip filler so I really can't decide.

Where did the fat guy with thick lips yakuza archetype stereotype come from?
We've all seen it, in anime, manga, JRPGs, and VNs. Large guy with incredibly thick, protruding lips, like he's about to keel over dead from anaphylactic shock after a thousand bees stung his face. Usually slurring his speech and talking like a tough guy yakuza. Almost exclusively a villain archetype.
Where did this come from? What's the first instance of it and what's it actually supposed to be representing? Why are the lips like that? Is there a name for this particular trope?
For reference, this came up as I play through PS4 Utawarerumono Prelude of the Fallen, and the first two major antagonists, particularly Emperor Inkalla, exemplify this design trope. Get this guy some benadryl or an epipen.

This is really my only complaint, it's so disorienting!
Can't feel lower lip at all I had DJS to fix an underbite (upper moved forward, lower moved back). How long until this really goes away? I've had moments of tingling in this area since the surgery so I'm hoping it won't be long. It's the reason food gets everywhere on me.
Also, has anyone had pretty sharp nerve pain when a cold-ish liquid touches a tooth? Left lower molar for me. Thanks guys
