My dad was abusive, he had a wife and daughter from his first marriage (I've been told my entire life that my. Mom had no clue she was dating someone with a daughter at the time) . However now that I'm an adult and in therapy me and my half sister have both had conversations about this and apparently he also kicked her mother in the stomach whilst pregnant (he did the same thing to my mother resulting in my chronic health issues and birth defects). I Know her mother filed a report in the 80's and I know there's several from my mother and many other women over the years. When I search by the count to public records I don't get a whole lot and it won't let me actually view anything.
He put his third wife's face through a wall and I literally viewed the photos on the report about 13 years or so ago and that report is now gone.
I'm also trying to dig into a horrible other monster in my family that abused my mother (leading her directly to my father). My grandfather. I've never met the man, he died of a heart attack and was literally something out of a movie when it came to abusive, corrupt, and wealthy.
If I hired a p.i could they look into this?
