The Examination Yuan is one of the 5 branches of the Republic of China's government. It's purpose is to administer the civil service and military officer examinations to secure the brightest students for government. This system is inherited from the Qing Dynasty, and the imperial examinations system itself dates back to the Han Dynasty, over 2000 years ago.
One male student, reportedly of Han ethnicity, who can not be named for privacy purposes, achieved a perfect score on the imperial examinations. A full score of 100% is completely unprecedented in the Republican era and has not been recorded since the height of the imperial era. Some have said that the last person to truly ace the exams was Su Tung-po, all the way back in the Song Dynasty!
The President of the Examination Yuan, Yuan Tze-Yu, has listed the great success as her proudest moment in the Examination Yuan. President Yuan is due to retire next year and her successor, Chung Tai-Kuo, has already been announced.
The student has reportedly been offered a free choice of any government civil service post in any of the 5 branches he wishes to choose. Although we cannot be certain rumours say the President herself has asked for him to be put into the Office of the President. What we can be certain of it that wherever the un-named student goes, he will surely meet success.
The chance of reaching 90 pity is 1in 13m, CN community set a bounty of 2000 yuan(300 dollars) searching for the first person who reached 90 pity on 18/2/21, some tried to cheat the bounty, but they failed the examination. Today, they found the real person who reached 90 pity for the first time on CN server, that person won the bounty.
Just to show you how slim the chance is to reach 90 pity. I saw quite a lot of people who claimed they reached 90 pity on Reddit, I wonder how many of them were legitimate...

Edit 3: More tidbits about the bounty: During 239 days of the bounty hunt, 1093 people tried to claim the bounty, 8 reached 89 pity, 745 counted wrong, 213 didn't know the rules, 119's record was expired, 7 trie to use photoshop to cheat the bounty, one used a pity counter app, but the app had a bug. The owner of CN pity counter site feixiaoqiu mentioned they had 20m pieces of data, they thought this would never happen, now they had this unique data on their site(uploaded time 2021-10-15 09:41:58 ).

Vyn Richter: The Basics
Tears of Themis is a mobile game from Mihoyo, known for making the wildly popular Genshin Impact. It is a fictional investigative procedural where the player is a rookie lawyer working at Themis Law Firm. The first two chapters of the main story introduce the player to the four main love interests, eventually working with them in the secret NXX Investigation Project. The NXX investigates “anomaly cases,” often considered cold cases for conventional law enforcement. Playing through the main story chapters, personal story chapters, and card stories, one discovers that these four men from very disparate walks of life are not what they seem to be at first.
This analysis will focus on Vyn Richter, psychiatrist, and owner of the Giannovyn Institute of Mental Health Research. As a founding member of NXX, he is also known by the code name Adjudicator. Players meet Vyn in the second chapter of the main story, where they are tasked to bring documents as part of a covert psychological evaluation.
First Impressions
Vyn, in the first meeting, is described to have golden eyes, short silvery hair, and wearing a typical doctor’s outfit with a vest, dress shirt, and tie underneath. He is gentlemanly and composed—almost unflappable. The player first sees him making a card tower entirely from the ace of hearts. There is a thoughtful look in his eyes as he finishes placing the last two cards. Vyn then asks the player to try and grab a card while keeping the card tower’s structure intact. Though the game gives the illusion of choice, it all leads to the same conclusion. The card tower falls, and Vyn asks the player this question:
