##Laird Barron

Laird Barron probably needs no introduction on this subreddit but he's an author and poet. Recently he won the 2013 Bram Stoker Award for Fiction Collection with his work The Beautiful Thing that Awaits Us All. His short stories have been included in over 50 anthologies. He's also written a couple novels like The Croning and he's editing the upcoming anthology, The Year's Best Weird Fiction.

He'll be doing an AMA this Friday, May 30th at 7pm ET.

##Simon Strantzas

Author and editor Simon Strantzas will be doing an AMA on June 15th at 8pm ET. Simon is author of the recently released collection Burnt Black Suns. If you haven’t heard of it yet, you will. It was recently reviewed on Arkham Digest and S. T. Joshi called it “one of the best weird collections [he’s] ever read—at least in the last 20 years and maybe longer than that.” Simon has also been nominated for a British Fantasy Award and he’s been included in The Mammoth Book of Best New Horror, The Best Horror of the Year, and Black Wings III.

So add June 15th to you calendar and come join the discussion. It would be an excellent opportunity to read Burnt Black Suns and discuss it with him.
