Perry the Submissive Femboy: *Falls to the ground* Dr. Doofenshmirtz, you've done it. You've ruined my life. Now I can never return to my family who loves me so much. (I did Coeur d'Alene School District to Doof and used Phineas and Ferb/Milo Murphy's Law there)
Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz (from the 1st demension) has a moment of realization and builds the competentinator, before Agent P. can do anything, Dr.D shoots himself with the inator.
Though at the end of the battle he still can't overwhelm Agent P., he still has a run for the next day and now he starts off being competent and motivated.
His original plan was to take over the Tri-State area, then the US, then The World. How long and how hard will it be for him to do it? If he can't accomplish it, how close does he get?
The fight takes place Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated and the winner is only by death.
Who Would Win?
Hear me out!
Doof can build a wearable -inator that track survivors, but he has to collect parts first to complete the -inator which are scattered across the map. The way he can find them is similar to the heartbeat sensor from Warzone but instead it makes beeping noises the closer he gets to it. Survivors are allowed to carry parts but for a short amount of time to mess with Doof if they wish to do so. Either to deter him in a chase, or simply carry the part to a new location so Doof loses track of it. If the survivor tries to pick up the item again after dropping it, the time exponentially shortens to carry that specific part for all survivors. And survivors are not allowed to damage the -inator at all.

Also just imagine the sound he will make when he gets stunned by a pallet.

Fight takes place in the American south west, same as most Roadrunner Cartoons. Each combatant has access to all of their machinery and -inators. If either character is immobilized for over a minute, incapacitated for over a minute, or killed, the other wins.

Edit: My intern just modified my original post he is obviously good looking like me and He is NOT FUNNY NORM EXPLODED AFTER HEARING HIS JOKES I HAD TO REBUILD HIM AND HAD TO CAPTURE A SQUIRREL.
Now, there have been a couple of Rap Battles featuring these 2 Matchups. But, the battles themselves weren't that good. There was Raichous's Mini Battle of the Crocker vs Doofenshmirtz (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZX3MJZXde4), but it might need an upgrade. And the Dr. Eggman vs Zach Varmitech Rap Battle was in Snakebite126's Terrible Rap Battles of Comic Sans (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6N-ziOUb7Y), but, well, the title of the Series says all. So, I say an Epic Rap Battles of Cartoons/CMRB style battle for Crocker vs Doofenshmirtz would work well. With Freshy Kanal as Doofenshmirtz and Raichous reprising his role as Crocker (because his voices was pretty good), this could work well. While Titanium1208 would play Eggman (because he already voiced him in a Rap Battle between him and Dr. Wily on his channel. It was voiced slightly better than the VGRB Version.), I have no clue who could voice Zach Varmitech as I haven't watched Wild Kratts in a while.
Dr. Doofenshmirtz can make any Minecraft redstone contraption he can think of (or search online for).
These command blocks can be broken, unlike in the games.
Can the Doof achieve his dream?
Perry the Platypus has been given a special assignment to stop Gru from stealing the moon. Perry must destroy Gru's MoonStealinator to win.
Gru's tech now have a self destruct button.
Gru has all his tech from the 1st Movie and an army of minions.
Perry has all his tech and back up From Phineas and Ferb ( The Beak Suit).
Gru knows Perry will strike and has 1 day of Prep Time.
Fight takes place Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. Tower.
