Are wild party clothes / costumes appropriate for House of Yes Dirty Circus variety show? I’m going there for the first time this weekend and wondering if I’ll look totally out of place if I show up with some really fun, funky party clothes.
Also, does the venue stay open after the show for a dance party?

Wow TLC is getting lower every time
I just got a ticket for this tonight - I've never been to HOY, so if anyone else is going tonight and wants to meet/sit together (none of my friends want to go so...), let me know! 31F if that matters.
I've been finding lately that anytime I see a couple showing PDA, I get really jealous since I can't even get Private Displays of Affection yet alone public.
This past weekend we took the kids to the circus, and during the first part of the show there were a bunch of ladies riding camels. There was an older couple behind my family and the wife turned to the husband and said "I wish I could hold on like that in bed" ...... Would you believe how jealous I became of that comment? That the wife actually made a sex joke to her husband? That maybe she STILL rides her husband?!?!
I told my wife after the show about the joke and she goes "don't tell me you got jealous of them?" and I said "Well yea, even people that old are still having sex and I'm sitting here 30 years old and I think I've regained my virginity"........ still didn't have sex that night but wanted to share the story.
Anyone else going to this party in NYC this Saturday? Heard it’s supposed to insane
If anybody remembers the Dirty Circus from the YES barn, it was one of the highlights of my festival! Any crew out there have word on them returning to the campgrounds?

At the beginning of the third measure (or the second, if you count more slowly than me), the keyboard plays a chord that sounds like a D# half-diminished (the song is in F# minor).
But if you look at the bass and keyboardist's left hand, it looks like they're playing a very low D natural. That seems like a really weird note to play under a chord that has both a D# and a C# in it. The note is so low I can't really pick it out, but it does sound like there's "something" going on down there.
My questions are:

Are they really playing a D# half diminished with a D natural in the bass, or am I hearing it wrong?

If so, is there a term for that kind of chord? Has it shown up in other songs? Or did they invent this really discordant chord just for this song?
