Hatfield McCoy Devils Anse & Buffalo Mountain Trails (Nov26-29)
A group of us are staying in Matewan, WV on Turkey weekend to do some riding at Devil's Anse and Buffalo Mountain Trails. Any suggestions on specific trails to check out or specific sites/towns? I use the Backcountry app with BobT's maps. Does anyone know how accurate they are to the current trail system. I haven't been to HM trails in about 3 years, so I am sure it has changed. I know some of the outlaw trails have been blocked off since the last time I went. Also, how strict about the no night riding?

Anyone know what kind of pipe Devil Anse Hatfield was using during Hatfield & McCoy's?
I really would love to know what kind of pipe it is and possibly where I could acquire one. I know it's unlikely that anyone will actually know.
I've looked around many different pipe sites and I really can't find anything that looks quite like it.
It's a nose warmer. Perhaps a tilted egg shape.

Can anyone identify Devil Anse Hatfield's pipe in the latest Hatfield/McCoy miniseries?
History Channels Hatfield/McCoy miniseries featured Kevin Costner puffing away on a pretty cool looking pipe. I would love to know what it actually was.
You can see the basic shape of the pipe in the picture I have linked above. The shank is fairly long and in the TV series you can see that the stem is bent.
I have searched around some pipe forums and there seems to be a few attempted replicas of the pipe, but no one seems to be able to actually identify accurately what it was. I figured the collective awesomeness of r/PipeTobacco could solve this mystery...

Pre drilled Devil Anse Briar block?
Hey guys, are there pre drilled block kits out there for making a devil anse/cutty type pipe? I've looked at Vermont freehand but I guess I'm not sure what I'm looking for or at, most seem to be drilled for straight/bent pipes. Any suggestions to steer me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
