A list of puns related to "Coworker (company)"
It really confused me when HR told me it was a STD.
(This actually happened to me. HR emailed my insurance company telling them that I have a STD injury. Now I use the joke all of the time)
So I'm showing one of my new coworkers how to run a program on the company computer. Once the program is completed, a window pops up and asks if you are finished. So as I'm helping a customer and my coworker asks me "So finish, right?" I spin around and say " No, English, always English. Don't nobody around here know Finnish!" She looked very confused, I don't think she got it...
My company uses an in-office chat client so we can easily communicate with each other. My coworker messaged me out of nowhere with this one:
Coworker: you know what really gets my goat? Me: hmm? Coworker: el chupacabra
Context: We were talking about our company, which is ridiculously cheap.
Him: [Company], building stereotypes. That's their new slogan.
Me: I like it! Sell it to our CEO, I'm sure it'll fly.
Him: Naw, he takes the grey gound
My coworker/good friend of mine works out in the field performing these surveys and for the latest airport job he said to me that this airport is basically dead and that there's hardly anyone there consistently working in the office, monitoring the radio, etc.
So I asked him, "then what does someone do if they're out flying and want to land there... [start jabbing him with my elbow] just WING it??"
I should be ashamed but I'm still laughing at myself. No I am not a dad (technically).
And as we were cleaning up last night one of my coworkers hollers from across the room about a package.
"Hey! What's that box?"
"Well it looks like cardboard to me..."
I couldn't hear the groan but how she stomped over to read the destination was satisfying.
100% True story. I was starting a new job at a software company and was talking to one of my coworkers who has many varieties of tea.
Me: That's a lot of tea you got there.
Him: Yeah, I'll let you sample one. Only $50.
Me: But isn't that a little steep?
Edit: Stupid phone formatting.
I work at a shipping company. We'll call it YouPS. Anyway, my coworker, Jose, sees a barbell and asks me, "Why do people order weights in the mail?" I said back to him "I don't know, Jose. I guess they figured they could weight for it."
He just stared with anger as I laughed too hard to myself.
Context: I work for an insurance company
Coworker- Man all these flood policy calls today.
Me- They really are flooding the lines.
Co workers gave me the derpiest face ever.
I was at work riding around with my coworker and buddy, he's married and already an old pervert at 29. We were driving down the interstate in traffic and looking at hot girls as we drive, we get into the far right lane, to where I have nothing but trees to my side. He says, "damn man that chick was hot" as a car passes by and I replied, "I ain't got any bitches but I've got a few birtches over here!" And cracked up. We work for a stump grinding company, this is an onion joke!
This "Australian entrepreneur" followed my startup company on Twitter the other day. His name on Twitter is Mike Quill. My coworkers were very excited. I told them, "Don't get too excited. Do we know if this is a real person? Mike Quill may just be a pen name."
