Dublin County Registrar Wait times

Hi there, we have been waiting about 2 years for a freehold to be brought to the county registrar. I know there's a big back log because of Covid at the moment. Our solicitor said we are now looking at 2023 before a possible hearing. Does that sound about right?

Is there a fairly big and empty car park around Dublin County?

For a no-rush car driving practice (clutch, shifting), I would like to find something fairly big and frequently empty from other cars. Is there something around Dublin, if not a car park, are there slow/empty/big roads which could be safe for a driving practice? No point to obscure traffic within the city center with a stalled car in a busy traffic light junction.

EDIT: thank you for all awesome ideas

Thanks in advance.

Help! Need help to solve a dispute. I've been challenged to name a Dublin player who played inter county football for Dublin while also playing for a non-Dublin club.

I'm 99% sure that someone has played for Dublin and a non-Dublin club but just can't prove it. Closest I have is Declan Darcy who transferred from Leitrim to Dublin in 1998 but I can't say if there was an overlap. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
