A list of puns related to "Coolboys and the Frontman"
The anonymous Twitter post describing the incident
A comment in /r/toolband defending Maynard seems to have generated the most controversy:
The Nine Inch Nails subreddit is also discussing the allegation:
Iβve been a fan of SP for years just as I have with Korn and have seen them live plenty of times. I always found them to be a unique band from borrowing different genres of other music. I know theyβre a completely different band from Korn, but for a long time, Iβve always thought it would be cool to see Billy Corgan collaborate with Jonathan Davis.
Ever since June that passed, and when I found out Billy co-wrote βYouβll Never Find Me,β I was seriously shocked and amazed to hear about the news. According to Jonathan from the Revolver interview, he considers him a βreal badass musicianβ and enjoyed writing with him. https://imgur.com/a/iU5ahT8
An unpopular opinion but I would love to see Korn and SP tour together!
Hi! Hardcore Brockhampton fan here! I go by Killa Kane and my collective is Untitled Name Gang (we are on Youtube and Soundcloud) and I am looking for potiential members to join, or if you don't wanna commit that strongly a feature in each other songs would be just as rad.
What to start... The current roster for Untitled Name Gang is:
-Killa Kane (me) [Rapper/Producer/Founder] -T.Doze [Rapper/Co-Founder] -//\oney //\att [Rapper/Creative Consultant/Co-Founder/Financial Advisor] -Kwazarr [Producer/Engineer] -RoboRobe [Producer] -Rod [Artwork Designer] -Nova [Artwork Designer] -Esqueff [Management] And we are currently in the process of picking up more for our roster that I have good feelings about
We also got a new engineer for future projects though is not techincally a part of UNG is an affiliate so shout out Willy4m from Cult Gang as well as Hoodie. For letting use some of his beats as well.
We are currently still looking for potiential members with a wide range of talents that include but are not limited to -Rappers -Producers -Singers -Instrumentalists -Engineers -Sound Designers -Youtubers -Marketers -Artwork designer/graphic designers/drawing artists -Video Directors -Management Etc.
We have been creating music and various music related content through our Untitled Name Gang Youtube channel for ALMOST 2 years now and have obtained right at 200 subscribers, with my most popular song gaining over 5k+ views, which may not seem like much but its a healthy start.
I came up with UNG back when Odd Future was a huge influence of mine but didnt initiate my group and our channel until around the time I discovered Brockhampton and got more influenced than I had ever been in my entire life to form a collective.
Our style focuses predominately on Hip Hop and mixes influences from all our members taste which is culminating into this healthy mix of GothBoi Clique inspiration fused with heavy Brockhampton inspiration along with artists like Mac Miller, Earl Sweatshirt, Logic, Reo Cragun, JPEGMAFIA, Open Mike Eagle, Juice WRLD, Ski Mask and much much more. If youre a singer im looking mostly for something that has some soul like a cross of Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy, Clarence Clarity, and Bearface ofcourse.
Here is my latest beat that I am in the process of recording a verse for, lemme know if you wanna feature a verse in it:

Going for something dark but impactful and meaningful.

... keep reading on reddit β‘Been listening to emo rap for 2 years now and balance and composure for at least 6 so this is such a mindblowing discovery
My expected culprit for this tonal crisis is simply the lack of midrange control, and I think its right. My 25R is EQ'd to about 6, 7, 3 (treble, midrange, bass). There's really no way to knowingly and accurately approximate that EQ with one less knob. That said, I figured I'd refer to forums online before making any hasty decisions to see if others agree.
My other suspected culprit is the higher wattage actually making it harder to get that "sweet sound" out of your amp -- to my understanding, lower wattage amps are actually often used for this reason: its easier to get that "pushed" feeling in your sound because it maxes out more easily. That said, I lack sufficient experience to actually say whether or not that's true. What I will say though is I've tested out other Fender amps at Guitar Center before and have never felt right up until now that the tone lacked the clarity and dynamics I expected. (That also said, I'm not in a situation to crank my amp right now, and can't test it.)
So core question: is it most likely the lack of midrange control that's throwing me off? Anyone with similar experience able to tell me whether the 40 (or even the whole Champion line) has like, a weird neutral voicing? I feel like I can't get clarity out of this amp.
I'm looking at a Champion 100 as a replacement....but that's almost double the price. What options ~$200 are there for nice clean tones, high enough wattage for small gigging, and AT LEAST 3 EQ KNOBS FOR HEAVENS SAKE? Even my fucking 15-watt Fender Bullet 150 amp has a fucking midrange knob, lol. I really don't need the multiple voicings and FX present on the amp -- I really just wanted something higher wattage and have a pedalboard for my tone control so a lot of those extra knobs are useless to me.
Hail.

"The Dusters are heartbroken to hear of the passing of our friend Jeff Austin. Jeff was pioneer of jam grass music and of the modern acoustic scene we are a part of. Both he and Yonder Mountain String Band showed us what was possible for an acoustic band both musically and in terms of what a bluegrass show could be. I remember some of the first times seeing him live just flooring a huge crowd with his presence onstage. It definitely opened up a whole new world of possibilities for our band and many others. We owe him a huge debt of gratitude, and honestly canβt believe heβs gone. He helped build this amazing community we have around bluegrass music, and heβll be sorely missed. Tell youβre friends and loved ones how much you care. This time we have is precious, so weβll try and embrace kindness, embrace love, and not take anything for granted. Our deepest sympathies to Jeffβs family."
