Iowa chose to order and hang a banner for the 2020 Music City Bowl, a game that was cancelled when Missouri ran into COVID issues. While it wasn't their fault it is kinda funny to hang a banner for a game you did not play in. I have seen a couple of comments about participation trophies, but can it be a participation trophy if you didn't participate?

Great team victory to cap off an awesome season of Purdue football. 5 takeaways
- Two themes for the Boilermakers in this bowl. Next Man up and leave it all out on the field. No one on the team took these themes to heart with greater poise and swagger than Broc Thompson. The Boilermakers needed someone in the wr room to step up with Bell and Wright out of the lienup and thank god not only he stepped up but had also saved his best for last. 7 receptions for 217 yards and 2 touchdowns. This young man fought through great pain in both of his knees to have a clutch game for the Boilermakers. What an effort. You don't see something like this every day in football. Broc is an excellent football player with a great heart and one of the toughest guys I have ever seen. Can't wait to see what he brings to the table next season. For now let this man rest because he deserves all the rest he can get. Great job Broc Thompson
- Ups and Downs for Aiden O'connell. While he did throw for over 500 yards and 5 touchdowns, he also threw 3 interceptions. Not sure if it was the pressure of the team on his back or what but there were also plenty of throws he missed. Today was an off day for the Aiden we have seen slinging it out and making history these past 5 games. Yet he never threw in the towel, hung in there, kept fighting, kept comunicating with the team, and made plays when the Boilermakers needed him most. In games like these, sometimes that's all you can ask for when the going gets rough as it did today for Aiden and the Boilermakers. He had help from some of his guys who stepped up for sure, but for that went wrong on his part, O'connell did what he could to help the team in the end and had himself a terrific 4th qauter.
- While today was a hard days work and struggle for the defense, give them massive props. Things didn't start well for them but they played very tough in the secound and third qauters making plays that gave the offense a chance. And They hung in there following the 4th qauter when they were clearly gassed. They were tired heading into overtime and depeleted. We had guys coming in and out and guys cramping up and guys playing injured with no regards to health and safety. In spite of this, they found a way to make the play that gave our offense the oppurtunity they needed to win the game. While this wasn't a good game on defense, those guys worked overtime and fought hard through pain the Boilermaker way to give the team a chance to win and in the end

I think I just heard a collective groan across the entire campus just now
I just moved to Phoenix and the 2023 super bowl is in Arizona. While I won’t be getting tickets to the actual game, I’m curious about what a super bowl city is like during the week of. I’m wondering if there’s fun and especially unique things to do and if it’s worth planning for my friends from out of town to come visit. Any stories or experiences are welcome I want to get an idea of what the weekend is like! Also, if you have any experiences in another city during super bowl week, those are welcome as well. Thanks!
What is going on with ticket prices for Nashville? I bought 4 last night for my family and I'm glad I did. I paid $85 on Ticketmaster (plus fees) for upper-level section 313. This afternoon, tickets in the same area were going to $125 (not resale). This evening, they were $135.
