Does anyone have any experience with Eclipse Californium? Any feedback on it?
My company has been exploring using the LWM2M protocol for our next gen devices, but the more we dig into it we find that we are going to end up sending alot of opaque data to satisfy our requirements. Been thinking that what we really want is the CoAP layer LWM2M is running on, but I haven't found alot of server implementations that can run in the cloud.
Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated.

Is it true that you can find Cf in any metal detector? If so, where is it in the detector?
Does anyone have a solid reference for the crystal structure of Cf?
This site that I trust says it's triclinic, but this paper's abstract suggests it's FCC or HCP. Wikipedia claims Cf is DHCP. Finally, this site (which I don't trust, but just to throw this out there) claims that Cf is simple hexagonal.
If Cf is indeed triclinic, I believe it would be the only triclinic element.
Edit: I also found this, which says there is a triclinic high pressure phase of Cf, although I think that paper is based on the first site I linked.
As I said in the title, I'm looking to setup A Nuclearcraft Fission Reactor chain to produce Californium, now,my question would be what would be the lowest possible number of fuels I could shoot for to get to Californium-250?
Looking through the recipes is maze. I think the general idea is this...
- Make a fuel.
- Burn it out.
- Reprocess it and get smaller amounts of higher tier fuel.
- Got to step 1.
Is that correct? And if so what is the order of fuels I need to go through to get to Californium-250?
Also will one reactor design be able to be used throughout the process? Recommend a design?
Hello. I have an element collection with 95 elements, but my Californium sample is 5 dollar banknote because there are rumors that Californium is used is trace amounts in safety elements of the banknote. Is it true, or should I find a new source? And where can Californium be found?
I want to use the least thorium as I can, what combination of fuels can get me there the fastest? I just need one RTG
