Make your voice heard on Baltimore's budget!
Mayor Catherine Pugh, City Council President Jack Young, Comptroller Joan Pratt, City Solicitor Andre Davis, and Director of Public Works Rudy Chow will listen to public comments on the Preliminary Fiscal 2020 Budget, which will be available on BBMR's website (http://bit.ly/BmoreBudget) by March 28, 2019.
The goal of the Board of Estimates Taxpayers’ Night is to equip city residents with the budget information they need to engage in the budget process and understand how the Fiscal 2020 budget invests tax dollars to move Baltimore forward. Additionally, the Board of Estimates holds a one-hour hearing for public comment on the budget.
You can sign up to speak upon arrival to address the Board of Estimates. Speeches are limited to 2 minutes per speaker. City agencies and partner organizations will be present to answer any questions you have on the budget prior to the hearing.
The event will be held on the 1st floor of the War Memorial building. Food and beverages will be provided!
The War Memorial is located on MTA routes Blue, Orange, Purple, Red, 54, 67, 76, and 80. It is also accessible via the Metro’s Shot Tower/Market Place stop. Limited parking is available in front of City Hall; paid parking is available in the Lexington and Fayette Street garages

I've been told that there's generators at the repeater sites, but also told systems may only be operational for a few days or until fuel runs out.
Hey folks. I love the mechanic shop I usually go to, but I got a major service coming up that sounds pricey. Just wanted to run the pricing by you guys:
- front pads + rotors 400ish?
- rear pads + rotors 400ish?
- ball joints control arm assembly 500ish?
Are these prices in line with typical rates for parts + labour?
FYI I'm not a DIY type but am slowly trying to learn a bit more about each of these.
By hobbyist board gamers, I mean the people that would play modern strategy board games - clearly excluding the ones that play mass production hasbro type games with the family during Christmas etc.
Has there been any study or survey into this or we are having to extrapolate numbers based on the internet footprint of the hobbyist board gamers in BGG or Reddit or Twitter....
