How do you explain UX to your Aunt Sally?
I know with Easter and other holidays coming up or passed, sometimes this question comes up with relatives. But, how easy is it or difficult for you to explain to a relative what you do as a UX designer.
It actually took me 3 tries, but I still don't truly think she understood me...LOL!

TN Gov Bill Lee addressed the state tonight over our recent surge in covid cases. He won't mandate a mask requirement, but signed an order limiting indoor public gatherings to 10 people. Right, so Christmas is cancelled for my family but I have to help No-Mask-Wearing-Sally find her aunt a sweater?
What a joke. How am I supposed to take him seriously about having a 10 person gathering limit while buisnesses are still open and obviously have more than 10 people in them at a time? Not that I want to close everything and shut our economy down...but I unfortunately work in retail right now and have to interact with hundreds of people every day - an outrageous number of which do not wear masks, and because there is no mask mandate I cannot do anything about it but smile, interact with them the way my job requires, and hope and pray I do not contract covid from them. So I can't see the most important people in my life on Christmas, but I have to grin and bear it while every day 25 random strangers without masks cough all over me while asking for my assistance finding presents for their slew of family members (all of which you bet your ass will be gathered in groups of more than 10 over the holidays)? Utter bullshit.

While the smooth leather tends to stretch out, how about the soft Aunt Sally leather?
So I got Aunt Sally Pascal boots, but they're way too loose around the upper and shaft ankle area. Wearing thicker socks and insoles only helped with the toe area.. will the Aunt Sally Leather Boots stretch out even more? I'm afraid that they're going to become even more loose.
I typically wear women 7.5 - 8.5 depending on the brand, but got Aunt Sally pascals in 8.
Wondering if I should size down because the size 7 smooth leather 1460s feels tight.

Care for Aunt Sally leather
I just bought my first pair of DM they are Sinclairs and I really want them to last a long time. I searched on the Dr. Martens website what products can I use to condition them but didn't found any products for Aunt Sally leather, so I want to know what can I use, how often to apply it and also how to store them (once a pair of leather boots turned hard and moldy just by sitting on my closet) I will greatly appreciate your responses.

I've had this Aunt Sally's Sinclair leather platform for about a year now, but I haven't used them much because Everytime I wear them my heel slips in and out of the boot. I've tried the smaller and bigger sizes of the boot and it doesn't fit/too big for me, so I'm pretty sure I have the right size.
