A list of puns related to "Amnesia (2011 video game)"
Platform(s): PC afaik
Genre: Point&Click, Side Scroller, Horror (or dark tone?), Storytelling
Estimated year of release: idk, i played it around 2011, the game was probably older
Graphics/art style: 2d, Cartoony, (the characters looked rotoscoped if my memory serves me well) with vivid colors
Notable gameplay mechanics: you had 3 actions to perform in a clue-search based scenery, with interactible characters and items
Other details: Around my pre-teens I would pass most of my time on a old Windows XP computer playing games my dad bought in a CD (those kind of 3000+ games collections) that would be very likely the epitome of piracy in my city, there was one of those CDs that I personally enjoyed, I actually would like to play all those games again, but this one, I think was called Amensia (that's what it said in the .exe) was very remarkable, the icon of the game had an eye (I think).
The game had very different visuals (at least for my standards when I was 8~10 years old) and a slightly compelling story, it began in a guys room, that were pretty america teenager stereotype (many posters on the walls, energy drinks all over the place and just edgy) the guy itself I can't remember much but I'm pretty sure he was around his 18s and had black hair, caucasian. Then it would flashback back to when he were in a date with a girl, that I think was blonde, in some sort of lake, where he crashed his car (causing amnesia?). The main gameplay of the game was point and click, and hidden object based, it had three actions to perform (look, talk and... walk?) that had a icon of an eye, a mouth/tongue and the other I can't recall exactly, most likely a person symbol. I would compare it to a 2d side-scroller The Sims (with linear story... ok maybe not The Sims at all, but I don't have other games in the style to compare really).
Now for the game what I can remember is this: He would wake up from his bed (confused, and lost in time) and you're given a bunch of items to check, and/or grab, outside of his room, there was a hallway, with pink walls, you could answer the door at some point, where there was gonna be a cop, which you could talk (I think this would probably take you somewhere or end the game) but idk where it lead. Doing some stuff with the right things you would eventually get to a cafeteria, (I may recall some sort of map to choose where to go) where there was a TV on, tuned in the news, a bartender, and some people on bar stoo
... keep reading on reddit โกI remember watching a playthrough of a game on YouTube when I was a kid (like 10 years ago). To me it always seemed a bit like a Final Fantasy game. I can't really recall much details, but I think it started with its main character washing up on the shore. I think his name was Juno or Juro or something similar. I vaguely recall the main character beating a huge crab-like monster in a cave and everybody being surprised at his power.
It's not much to go on, but I'd love to hear your ideas!
Edit: For reference the game was similar to Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy XIII, The Last Remnant and Lost Odyssey.
Edit 2: OMG, YES! Through some 'games like'- googling based on your suggestions I found the game. It's Magna Carta 2! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZDHS6rEeFA) I totally misremembered some stuff, but that game seemed so unbelievably epic to me as a kid. The main character's name is Yuto. He doesn't actually wash ashore, but is just chilling in a boat in the starting scene. Sorry for the misdirect! :P Anyways, my thanks to all of you!
Want to relive Skyrim or any other old game as if it is your first time? Do it with this power!
Side effects include amnesia
I'm looking for some lesser known horror games that are similar to the Frictional Games style of horror.

This is a request from a friend, the game is possibly an indie game and unlikely to be a flash game as she recalled it having voice acting. She played it around 2009, 2010 but I'm not sure if it's came out around then.
The protagonist is an anime-esque girl with short purple hair.
It's been ages since I've watched it but i'd like to watch it again.
Basically in the video the youtuber had made a level in Amnesia:TDD where he would climb out of a modern day looking bed and walk over to a literal modern day computer and desk. The video had a kind of narrative where the youtuber would roleplay in-game having a nightmare and getting up to explore his house and suddenly having suit of armors get up and start walking over to him to chase him. It was really well done but i can't find the video anymore.
can anyone help me find it?
thanks
Or a video showing me how
Thank You
My white whale is a book I read in middle school (2011, but the book could've came out way earlier than that) about a boy who wakes up with amnesia in a dome. The book could also have been a short story because I remember reading a lot of Ray Bradbury in that class. I think the dome was split in half and the boy could see the other side clearly. I think if he touched the dome it gave him an electric shock. I remember there being a lizard or other small creature that I think could possibly talk. I also remember there being a lot of plants and dirt inside the dome.
Iโm sorry if this is super vague! It's been a really long time and Iโve looked everywhere for this thing. I never read the entire story which is why I'm so interested in finding it.
I saw this trailer years ago on GameTrailers.com but haven't heard anything since. The trailer was maybe 2 minutes long, and was from the first person persepective, where you carried a lantern through a creepy mansion at night. At the end, you went into the attic, where a man was looking out the window, but when he turned towards you, he had huge green eyes and his mouth was a big gaping hole. I'm almost certain this game was cancelled, but I've been thinking about it lately and I'm curious as to what happened. Your help would be much appreciated.
Platform(s): PC game or online game
Genre: Mystery or adventure?
Estimated year of release: Would have played in around 2014, so probably 2013 or a few years earlier?
Graphics/art style: I can't remember for the game itself, but the game within the game was old looking, possibly 8-bit style
Notable characters: Bunch of schoolgirls? I can't really remember any specifics
Notable gameplay mechanics: I really can't remember mechanics, just the story. I would guess point and click?
Other details: I can't remember if this is the main plot of the main game or if it is a subplot in a bigger story.
I think it was a group of high school girls bullying another girl, but I could just be stereotyping. This group finds a video game depicting this after losing their memory, and they don't realise that it really happened in real life. One weird specific thing I remember is that one of the rooms in the game within the game had a fish tank in it.
Thanks for any help!

I think it's pretty much it for what I could remember with more certainty, if you have any questions I could maybe answer them, if it refreshed my mind about something. I think you could exit to the exterior of the cafeteria as well
