Being a history buff, I often find myself stumbling across interesting anecdotes while researching that often fall under the LGBTQ+ community. Transgenderism is no different.
Id like to start a running series of posts touching base on trans men of history whos names will go down with synonymous greatness.
My first one for yall is Albert D. J. Cashier, a private of the 95th Illinois Regiment (union) during the American Civil War.
i found him to be a very interesting subject. Born female Jennie Irene Hodgers, from Clogherhead, Ireland, Albert adopted his current name before enlisting and, rather than reverting to his original after the war, kept it until his death in 1915.
Enlisting into Company G of the 95th Illinois Reg. In 1862, Cashier would be involved in the siege of vicksburg, being captured, and then escaping, while conducting scouting.
In 1864, the 95th would be assigned to General Nathaniel Banks During the Red River Campaign, and Cashier would be involved in the heavy fighting at the battle of Brice's Crossroads in Guntown Mississippi. He would further see action at the battle of Frankin, and was active in the Pursuit of Hood.
Albert Cashier would go on to be one of an estimated (but unconfirmed) 250 soldiers that were born female, but chose to identify as a male when enlisting. As previously stated, he would continue to hold that identity until his death in 1915.
Many conventional historians consider Cashier as a transgender man, rather than an individual that would temporarily change their identity in order to enlist, and revert to after enlistments end.
This was an interesting read for sure. Guys like Cashier deserve nothing but high praise.. To "see the elephant" (to go into battle) is nothing short of heart-stopping, and the bravery that he showed going forth into battle set his name in concrete for generations to come.

Let's forget about the fact that Tolkien created one of the greatest stories in human history for a second and created an entire world with its own rules and culture. He was an extremely intelligent human being also.
He is said to have known over 35 languages including Lithuanian, Finnish, and Old Norse among English, French, and the other common languages.
He created the Elvish language and even created DIALECTS for Elvish. Furthermore, he created sign language for the Dwarves and languages for his other races like the orcs. It's said that Quenya and Sindarin were "complete" enough to function on their own as separate languages.
Overall, he was intelligent as fuck and comparable to great minds like Einstein and Newton in my opinion

Just wanted to make a quick post for awareness. I was just made aware of this and I don't know if this is widely known yet.
Check out one of the many websites by scrotecasters Fresh & Fit. They're a pretty forgettable dumbass duo and their motto is something like teaching guys how to get as much sex as they want and circumvent "female manipulation". Basically, they believe that it's some kind of scientific fact that women are resource hoarders and men only want sex and it's their job to teach men how to keep their resources and get sex by negging and deceiving women.
Long story short, there is a shockingly high amount of FDS lingo they use while describing pick-up artist and red-pill strategies, such as "how to make yourself a high value male" and the description is basically neg her and refuse to give her your shit unless you get what you want out of her, even then you can choose to not give her your shit. They're making money with misogyny courses. Trust me when I say these guys are absolutely the bumbest they come too. It's concerning to think about how even more insidious men are educating themselves on our strategies and actively thinking of ways to circumvent them.
This may not be that surprising but I found it a bit disconcerting. Because (1) FDS is working and so it's making waves (2) the waves involve scrotes waking up to the fact that their narcissistic traits will not be tolerated anymore (3) retaliation in many forms, including claiming this language and trying to drive power away from us through confusion and appropriation.
