It seems quite odd to me that a line running through one of the most dense neighborhoods has such a odd service pattern.
During week days, the local stations have the B and the C. This is not bad. But on the weekend, all of these stations have only the C train! The C train frequency sucks! And you loose direct access to the 6th Ave line! This seems especially bad for the long streak of local stations between 59th and 125th St.
Anyone have a realistic solution for this? Running the B train on weekends, increasing C train frequency, having the D train run local on the CPW line when the B is not running?
Isn’t the R211 delivery supposed to increase C train frequency? That would help this issue, though not having a 6th ave train on the weekend still sucks.
Christie Caggiano is my beautiful wife. She suffers from severe chronic schizophrenia. She went missing from our PA home on June 13th. Christie is likely living on the streets of NYC, as she did this months ago and nearly starved herself to death. She may be sleeping in Central Park West or Riverside Park.
Christie is completely without identification. She intentionally left her phone, driver’s license, credit cards, bank card, and insurance cards. She does not wish to be identified for fear that she will be hospitalized.
We believe that Christie is in the Upper West Side Area. She has allegedly been seen on streets spanning W 59th to W 100th. Christie was seen panhandling at W 80th and Amsterdam and again at Riverside Drive service road at 100th street in front of the Firefighters Monument. Christie may be eating at pizza places, bakeries, Chik Fil A, and other cheap eats. Christie was allegedly seen at Osteria Cotta at 513 Columbus Ave more than once. She may also be at soup kitchens to get food. Christie loves parks and water. She will likely be spending days &/or nights in Riverside Park and/or Central Park West. Best to check all churches and parks in UWS. Christie loves dogs, so she may spend afternoons in areas where dogs are walked.
My family and I are beyond devastated. I am hopeful that the Reddit community and strengths of social media will help us find her.. Please share with anyone you know in the NYC Upper West Side.
Our 28th wedding anniversary is September 5th. I cannot bear to spend another day without her. Please help and pray for my family.

I would like to keep it around $50 a person. It needs to be nice but doesn't have to be fancy. Bonus point if there is a small event room available.
EDIT: I guess this is pretty vague. My fiancee and I are pretty open to anything. But I will try narrowing it down more. The reception will be at about 8pm if that matters. $50 is the maximum price point, cheaper is better. Any ethnicity cuisine is acceptable, half the guests will be filipino the other half are pretty adventurous eaters. (secretly I wouldn't mind a really nice pizza place, my fiancee might think differently). I would like to have a decent beer list.
