Ladies, I know no one should care but honestly how do you feel when you see a guy (22-26) with a small dog like a yorkie?
I looked up my answer on reddit and the results were from 12+ years ago and were not positive. Just wanted to see how people thought of it today.

My porkie FREAKS OUT when she sees a brush (any brush) in my hand. Like if I’m brushing her abs she doesn’t notice it’s a brush, it’s fine. But the second she sees it, it’s DEFCON 5 and she unmanageable. Is this a yorkie thing or is this just a my dog thing? No signs of improvement 2 month in. 😢
When my yorkie sees something that he’s curious about, he always lifts up one of his front paws like this and this dog never ceases to delight me.

My dog always tries to find food scraps during walks. Can you do anything to stop a Yorkie from deviating from scouting & marking, and going into scavenger mode?
He eats well and he's not really a bad beggar in the house. He gets and appreciates treats. He's perfect except for scaring me with this.
My one issue is he constantly searches for food litter on walks. He'll snag anything people throw away: fast food scraps, moldy bagel halves, dirty tissues or paper, and most worryingly, KFC or rib bones.
I don't want him to get poisoned, to get worms, to eat a bone fragment and puncture an organ. It's the only time I yell at him is go say "NO! No hunting!" Is there anything I can do?

No, your dog is not too small to join you! My Yorkie weighs 6.4 pounds and crushes 5-7 miles with me & my husky 3x a week. He has done 18.5 miles in one day. Vet says he’s the healthiest yorkie he’s ever seen. Just because they’re small doesn’t automatically mean they need to stay home!
