A list of puns related to "Yggdrasil"
The company Iβm governor of spent 5 hours pushing Weaverβs Fen on Yggdrasil, crushing the defending zerg (Eternal Fenix) multiple times in the process. We rallied several other companies to help us and ended up pushing the influence to 100%.
Uh oh! Suddenly nobody can declare: everybodyβs screen tells them they didnβt contribute enough influence to declare. Not even the other companies that helped us. Weird. We chalked it up to a bug and log off feeling depressed.
This morning we found out that they swapped governors at the moment of 100% influence in order to bug our war declaration.
This is the same company thatβs changed names at least 4 times since we transferred to Yggdrasil in order to reset influence. Weβve seen them called Iron Phoenix, IronPhoenix, Iron Phoenixxx, and now IronFenix.
Itβs honestly infuriating. How the fuck do we claim Weaverβs Fen? And how do we get these fuckers banned? Weβre losing morale after being exploit bugged and sniped by companies that contributed 0% to pushes because of yet another bug.
It doesn't make sense. Any theories to how did that happen?
I understand Ainz is really trying to find any of his friends that may have been teleported as well, but as the series goes on he seems to be looking for any Yggdrasil players. For example during the massacre of the Re-Estize kingdomβs army, Ainz was just looking out for anyone that could recognize super tier magic. Is he just lonely now? But also, wouldnβt anyone who does recognize Ainzβs name or magic be extremely frightened as well? So even if anyone else was teleported, itβs not likely theyβd go out of their way to meet Ainz, out of fear from Yggdrasil and the new world. What do you guys think?
So I've been thinking lately about making/designing a TTRPG / D&D-esk game system where players can create their character's race/class virtually based on whatever they would like to be within the boundaries of their initial racial choice. I'm not the most up to date on all of the mechanics from Yggdrasil, but I do remember that players can choose a various amount of options to "optimize" their character's build/species. My biggest struggle is trying to source enough information on the races/classes that players were able to choose from and what they were capable of. It's absolutely something that I would love to work on with other likeminded individuals and get the ball rolling here in the future. If you're interested and would like to work on it with me, and would have any good insight into it all, I'm planning to make a private discord that would be used for creating this game system, DM or post your discord in the comments below if you would like to partake in it.

... keep reading on reddit β‘In the NW, Ainz used memory magic to rearrange/erase memories as well as view someone else's past memories as shown in the LN. I'm just wondering how that would translate as gameplay. It's described that Yggdrasil was incredibly popular due to it's wide range of freedom that players can experience, but I just can't imagine that kind of ability being able to be used on other players to the extent that it does in NW due to privacy/health/exploitative issues.
I'm just speculating, but I can imagine a few possibilities that memory magic can translate to gameplay:
I'm definitely overthinking this, but the ability to alter memories is incredibly powerful. For such a powerful ability, how would it even appear as gameplay?
Thoughts?
As the title says I finally beat the first boss after about >40 runs. I beat him with the legendary skull, The Champion. I died in the next area though since health is kinda an issue. Hopefully I'll be able to get there again soon
Iβm sure that the only way to farm the Yggdrasil sap would be to constantly NG+ until I reach my goal, but does anybody know when i should stop & if there are any caps below 999 that would invalidate any further farming? thanks in advance
I came to this conclusion on my own some time ago. Pretty meta I take back any Isayama hate, he is big brain genius
We know the people from Nazarick can change the race of NW denizens like Shalltear making vampires but we also know those people just get monster levels and not racial levels. Would those people be able to level up or are they stuck?
We also know the NW denizens can change their race on their own like Cure Elim did and actually get racial levels, though in his case I'm more surprised that he actually retains his dragon levels. Then would a NW Night Lich that turns a giant with [Frost Giant] 15, [Frost Giant Lord] 10 into a zombie get a creature with [Frost Giant] 15, [Frost Giant Lord] 10, [Zombie] 1 or maybe make the giant racial classes into zombie variant like [Frost Giant Zombie] 15, [Frost Giant Lord Zombie] 10? Or do they get converted into monster levels? Maybe it depends on whether the resulting race change robs you of your mind like I assume most base class undead like Skeleton and Zombie unlike True vampire and Elder Lich?
Just wanted to know if it is stated that rubedo is strongest in all of yggdrasil or she is strongest only in the guild.
>What miracle is this? This giant tree.
>
>It stands ten thousand feet high
>
>But doesn't reach the ground. Still it stands.
>
>Its roots must hold the sky.

As the title states why was Yggdrasil shut down? It was described being a VERY successful game that was loved by many and it had a consistent player base that still spent money on its in-game transactions. Because of this Iβm inclined to ask why did they shut it down? Games in the real world that are incredibly old like SC1 which came out 22 years ago still receives support. So Iβm just a bit confused.
Let's assume this is a "Perfect" AI, designed to be the best entity in Yggdrasil to have ever existed. A level 100 AI that can act and think far faster than humans can ever achieve. How strong would they be in Yggdrasil, and how much of an advantage is intelligence in Yggdrasil combat?
We know much of the determining factor of winning Yggdrasil battle is teamwork, the avatar build, environment, items, etc... However, does human intelligence have any significant impact on the battlefield of Yggdrasil?
Let's assume this AI knows every battle strategy, and let's also assume that this AI can use these battle strategies far more effectively than any human can, how much of an advantage is this on a professional level playing field of Yggdrasil? Furthermore, we can generally assume the AI can think and act thousands of times faster (If not possibly more,) than any human beings.
Let's assume Touch-Me met this level 100 AI. What are the general odds of Touch-Me winning against an AI that is made to be perfect?
Furthermore, how would this transfer to NW? If the AI could still keep its artificial mind, would its artificial intellect match that of Demiurge or The Goblin Strategist?
I found this question to be interesting, because we know AI is simply far better than humans when it comes to games, such as chess, go, and TheResistence: Avalon. Normally, in almost any playstyle, the AI will win in a fair match, because they think and act far faster than human beings, on a level that is simply impossible for humans to reach. Because of that, I was wondering how this would be applicable to even more complex games like Yggdrasil, and even the real world like NW.
Sorry for a begginers question as im new here, but can Yggdrasil be installed on routers? thanks
Like imagine having a high level avatar but when coming to the new world you're stuck as the low level one you just created a little while ago.
Just went down and some people logged back in and the tables are all downgraded. This server typically has 1,200-2,000 players online. Server is now down for maintenance like the rest.
To be more specific, do you think all of the top beings in the New World (so all the dragon lords, god kin, even that level 80 plant monster with off the charts health, just any decently high level being ever shown in the New world) could beat or at least put up a good fight against, lets say an average Yggdrasil guild?
