Some of those who came out ‘in support’ or at least ‘in sympathy’ for Ghislaine Maxwell prior to her having been confirmed last week as nothing but a “convicted sex offender,” have unsurprisingly gone quiet. Others, including allegedly even her own husband Scott Borgerson, it seems, have unceremoniously ditched her.
Of these peoples’ views of croaked paedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s one-time lover, one or two have rather conveniently changed their minds and then there’s the case of two Tory tattling Daily Mail hacks – Rachel Johnson and Sarah Vine.
On 14th November, Vine – the soon ex-wife-to-be of the “loose cannon, nutter” Labour to Tory transplant The Rt. Hon. Michael Gove MP – penned a column in which she banged on about how “Maxwell [was] not a live threat to others” and claimed she needed to “be treated with respect and humanity.” She showed her sympathy for this wicked woman’s plight and in doing so belittled the mucky madam’s victims.
Now, today, Vine has returned to the topic and – whilst avoiding taking stance on what punishment should be given out – noted: “It’s not the obvious Freudian aspects of Ghislaine’s life that I find most interesting. It’s what her trial tells us about the world in which we once lived – and the one in which we live today.”
Peddling herself as some kind of expert on high society in spite of having no known connection with such a world, comprehensive school educated Vine – a woman once mocked by fellow Tory MP wife Sophie Swire as laughably lowbrow and “lumbered with cooking all the food” whilst “bending over backwards to please the Camerons” – continued:

This guy had clear mental health problems but the article I read said he joins like 100+ other people barred from suing for the same reason. They can’t all be severely unwell.
In your experiences, what do you believe are the motivations behind the most prolific of vexatious litigants? How do they percieve their own chances in court, what are they hoping to achieve?

Vexatious litigation is legal action which is brought solely to harass or subdue an adversary. It may take the form of a primary frivolous lawsuit or may be the repetitive, burdensome, and unwarranted filing of meritless motions in a matter which is otherwise a meritorious cause of action. Filing vexatious litigation is considered an abuse of the judicial process and may result in sanctions against the offender.
A single action, even a frivolous one, is usually not enough to raise a litigant to the level of being declared vexatious. Rather, a pattern of frivolous legal actions is typically required to rise to the level of vexatious. Repeated and severe instances by a single lawyer or firm can result in eventual disbarment.

Other things: he spoke over 80% of the time, didn’t ask me a question until halfway through the date.
Then over text he demanded to know reasons why I didn’t want to meet him again.
We had a phone call and he confirmed my decision not to pursue a second date.
I will be screening for this now. I work in health research so it’s a hell no if they aren’t vaccinated.

I'm absolutely incensed at Watchtower going after 'Kevin McFree's' Dubtown channel. We know this is bullying and trying to weed out the leakers. What an evil unchristian, unspiritual, unloving org. However this goes we need to unite to support him through this. Is the YT channel Lawful Masses with Leonard French aware yet? He's biffed Polidori and WT a few times.
My own subpoena, which came after Kevin's original one, was a joke and WT's procedures prove that A) Watchtower were only using the copyright claim to try and find the leak B) That the subpoena was malicious and vexatious as I voluntarily gave them all the info they needed C) That they ignored medical repercussions at the time.

Their claims that Kevin has been making money out of his channel is ridiculous. I know it's been run at a financial loss due to the expense of equipment -and that's before we even start talking about the time it takes to make stop frame animation. I have a number of relatives and friends in the animation and film industry (little companies such as Pixar and Disney) and Kevin's talents could earn him a lot of money. Instead he's used them to expose Watchtower - what does that tell you?
Let's keep united when anyone is attacked and all help with any fightback. The vile viciousness of Watchtower is beyond imagining. The Supreme Being of the Universe threatened by lego people?!?! Get real, Watchtower. You abuse your members, drive them to suicide, further abuse the child rape survivors, and scared of the truth. You're covered in filth.

So I just farmed the fates in azim steppe for 1 hour and in that hour i was able to do 34 fates. I got 12 vexatious memory of the dying. It is very likely that you will need to spend 1-2 hours for 18 memories. Meaning that i prefer doing fates then doing alliance raids.
My neighbour has been making vexatious complaints about me for some time now. I am not engaging in any sort of ASB, in fact, quite the opposite, I live a very quiet life and go to bed early. Her problem was initially with the housing association, but when I wouldn't join forces with her to complain (they're a good HA I have no complaints) she turned on me and now complains about me on a weekly basis.
She got the police involved recently and they advised me to get a non molestation order against her. I haven't gone down this road yet, but appreciate any advice anyone has.
I also thought the HA could install noise monitoring equipment in my flat to prove her complaints malicious. Again, any advice welcome. Thank you.

California- A neighbor has been filing false restraining orders on my Dad who I don’t live anywhere near. They’ve been to court over three times and he doesn’t show up to the hearings. The judge ordered a temporary restraining order on this person who keeps filing frivolous TROs against my family. I was recently served with a TRO from the same person when I have had no contact with this person at all. He claims that I fired weapons in an unsafe manner on days where I was at work. I attached my time card in my response to the TRO. I don’t even live in the same county this person lives or takes place in. It’s insane to me that people are allowed to do this. my father has an active TRO against this person, I am named on it as well.
My question is, how do I go about declaring this person a vexatious litigant so that it prevents this person from filing frivolous TROs against myself and my family? I have to pay for gas, time off work, as well as FFL and storage fees for giving up my firearms. I’m distraught at having to deal with this and driving back and forth to the courts to deal with this. It needs to end. Please anyone with advice would be very helpful!
Ok! So my research is complete. Of course, a larger sample size is always welcome, but with my current data, a rough estimate should suffice.
To give a brief explanation of why I did this: For the Resistance Weapon quests, I often farmed the first three memories via FATEs while waiting for my queues to pop. The drip rate (prior to 5.55, just in case they changed it) was 100%. Continuing the quest line, I needed to farm 18 Haunting and Vexatious memories each. I began farming (after 5.55) and noticed the drop rate was not 100%.
I started to get curious and decided to calculate the drop % of Haunting and Vexatious Memories of the Dying for the Resistance Weapon quest, "The Resistance Remembers." One of the ways to get the memories is my farming FATEs in Gyr Abania and the Far East respectively. I began to keep track for the last 10 Haunting memories, and it took me 43 FATEs to get 10, meaning a drop % of 23.26%. For Vexatious memories, it took me 74 FATEs to get 18 memories, with a drop % of 24.32%. Now there is a decent chance I forgot to count one or two FATEs, meaning the % would be down 0.32-0.66%.
Combining the areas, we get 28/117, giving us a drop % of 23.93%. For added control, I did FATEs in exclusively one zone to remove the possibility that higher level FATEs are at an increased or decreased drop %. In Gyr Abania, I farmed in The Fringes, which is the first area. In the Far East, I farmed in Yanxia, which is the highest level area. Considering the drop % are less than 1% apart, it is reasonable to assume that there is no difference in drop % between zones.
In conclusion, it appears the drop % is between 23-25%, however, if the developers wanted to make it a nice and round number, the drop % would be 25.00%. My analysis is by no means definitive. I do not claim to have solved anything, this is all just theory.
