Groningen, it is said the tallest province in the Netherlands.
Dalmatia, it is said the tallest place in Croatia.
Trebinje , it is said the tallest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Kolasin & Savnik, it is said the tallest municipality in Montenegro.
Those places may have very tall teenages in Europe, but which one have the tallest highschoolers? Any one can share their experiences?

I will have a balkan vacation in july, visiting several countries. Even though most of my trip is more or less planned and confirmed, I'm having some trouble figuring out how to get from Herceg Novi to Trebinje. I managed to find few busses that do the trip, but not sure how valid they are. One of them is Jugoprevoz Gacko, departure 1210 arrival 1322, but havent found any more info about the carrier other than from busticket4me. Balkanviator doesn't show that route, but does show another one, 1435 departure. Anybody able to confirm either one of them is valid?
Also, as I understand, it's a possibility to rent a car with a driver to take the trip. Any idea what the price would be?
