who remarried to Hannah Cavender/Hatcher (1815-1900) and who are both buried in Pennsville Cemetery in Pennsville Township, Morgan County, Ohio.
Sarah and George most likely married on September 1, 1832 in Saint Clairsville.

This is all that's really known about Sarah's life and has been a brick wall for decades among my family's researchers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
With 1843 approaching and a new year for the empire itβs become apparent to the Dom that the liberals have an unstable control of the general assembly barely maintaining a working parliament, it is with this being evident the ministers of the cabinet have requested for the Dom to dissolve the general assembly and hold new elections, this would mark the beginning of Pedroβs reign and mark the path that will be taken by the empire in the future.
Parties up for election are only really two main groups The liberals and the conservatives.
The liberals having demonstrated a weak government and unusable have been dismissed with Pedro II calling for the conservatives to prove themselves and form a new government.
December 1st 1842 Pedro had elections held and had the people vote who would lead the policy of the future empire in the future to come. The general assembly consisting of 102 members would be elected on this day and would be called into session January 1st 1843.
The conservatives were widely viewed as the better liked party with them being supported by the wealthy plantation owners of the empire. It was widely expected the conservatives would take power with the wealthy elite being the only ones who could truly vote.
This would hopefully mark the reign of a new stable Brazil for the future to come. One not dominated by a weak regency.
[Iβm going to make a separate roll of 102 to decide how many of each are selected[
#March 1842
The 1821 Paris Commission was established in the wake of the Napoleonic empire to determine the French ship-building program of the post-empire period.
It introduced some new advancements into French shipbuilding, the ships of the 1821 Commission were straight-sided and armed with Paixhans guns, but they were also large, unwieldy and expensive - the 120-gun capital ship class was only laid down in 1837, and will not be completed for many years, if it is completed at all.
They were also all designed as sail-only warships, with the advent of steam, and now screw propellers, it is becoming increasingly clear that the 1821 Commission ships are not fit for purpose, and would be swiftly outmatched in the coming years and decades.
To that end, a new Paris Commission is being convened, under the chairmanship of Jean Turpinier, a senior member of the previous Commission, to determine France's future naval construction needs in the coming one-to-two decades.
##1842 Commission
Capital Ships
Unlike the Paris I, Paris II will focus on smaller warships, with the largest capital ships being armed with at most 100 rather than 120 guns. Paris II includes a recommendation that [Valmy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_ship_Valmy_(1847)) be scrapped while under construction. The cost of this large ship could be better spent.
When it comes to capital ships Paris II comes to the following conclusions; The largest capital ships of the French Navy should be steam-powered triple-deckers of 100 guns, this should be supported by 90-gun ships of similar design. In the short term this should involve the conversion of ships on the slipways to steam, but from 1850 onwards purpose-built steam warships should become the main.
Paris II envisions a need for around 30 capital ships.
Frigates
Paris II will also outline the need for Frigates in the French navy, all to be steam&screw powered. The ships should be two-deckers, equipped with the most modern naval artillery and should of course be built for speed. Paris II outlines a need for 50 heavy frigates and 40 light frigates. Heavy frigates should posses two complete gun-decks, and not less than 40-50 guns guns. Light frigates of 30-40 guns will have one complete and one partial gun-deck.
