They get it from the Ramsey Outdoor Bust Out. Artie gives it to Carmela and Daveys wife. He got such a deal on it.
Junior is drinking it while watching TV and talking to Richie.
The subtleness of it being spread around that episode is so good.
I am slowly getting used to FreeCAD, but I am already seeing how I am switching between all the different workspaces to do something to the object at hand.
E.g. why is there Part, Part Design and Draft, all of whom perform related operations on the object? I totally understand the separation of Sketcher, but for the 3D ones I am a bit confused why there are so many of them.

If you go down you can click on DOS and look at all the runs i've done. I've run some as DPS but I always made sure I was in Blood loot spec every time.
In all my runs I've only seen the Scale drop once, for a holy paladin in our group who was in Tank loot spec, and he wanted to keep it.
On top of all these M+ runs, friends in guild have helped me multiple times to run an all tank M0 rush to kill Hakkar, and still no luck.
I've spoken to GM's who have checked many things for me and confirmed it is literally just bad luck. I have lost count of the amount of IQD's I have dropped and given away/sold (I currently have 3 in my bags)
Not to mention the fact that the paper tub is now no stronger than a limp chip paper.
