A list of puns related to "Sow Bug"
I recently bought isopods and read about them being either pill or sow bugs. I was wondering what was the difference between both and which is best for terrarium?
Hi all! I would've posted this on the forums but for some reason, my account is not allowed to post in the bug forum (and no I don't have prior infractions - I just created the forum account yesterday). Floryn's Sow (Q) ability description is as follows:
Floryn tosses an Energy Seed at a designated enemy, dealing 220 / 260 / 300 / 340 / 380 / 420 (+150% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage. Healing Fruits will then spawn and bounce to nearby allies, restoring 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 (+65% Total Magic Power) plus 5% of their lost HP for them (80% of the amount when cast on a non-hero enemy).
I've bolded the bugged aspect - Sow doesn't seem to heal for 5% of the ally's missing health, it only heals each ally based on FLORYN's missing health which is massively undertuned when trying to save low HP allies. I've noticed this countless times where my low HP tank will come back to me for me to Sow, only for it to heal the same amount on me as it is healing him. This creates awkward situations where you have to put yourself in harm's way to get more value out of this ability. Has anyone else experienced this?

Beatrix should've been healed more as she was missing more health but was instead healed 119 which was the same amount I was healed. This is only just one example, there are others in the posted BattleID below. Not sure why the video recording has that white blank under it, in the preview it was fine :(

5th time in 30 hours! And this time it was while ambushing a Warchief: I jump, and fall through the ground, which makes me "die": since i died ambushing a warchief, the 3 bodyguards that i spent a lot of time and effort infiltrating were revealed, and aren't bodyguards anymore, so I have to infiltrate them again
I don't understand how it can be so hard to program a freaking floor to be *solid* and not let things (mainly: the freaking protagonist!) go through, but even if "bugs can happen", i really really don't understand how that was not fixed in the (almost) 4 years since release
I'm not doing anything that could be a "edge case", i'm just running and jumping in the middle of the map!
Is it only me? is there a problem with my computer?
anyways, i just needed to vent because i wanted to end my evening, after a long week at my crappy job, by taking the fortress, but that failure at getting the last warchief because of that effed up bug destroyed my plan; still a great game, but seriously: wtf?!
Hi all. I've beeb away for a few days and arrived to my potted black currant bush tiped over on the ground. When I lifted it to assess the damage I discovered a massive herd of sow bugs. From what I've read on the internet, they're not particularly harmful, but there were A LOT in quite a small pot. Any suggestions on how to go about this would be really appreciated! Is there a way to get rid of them without damaging the plant? I also have a cat that frequents my garden and I'm terrified of accidentally poisoning it while trying to get rid of the sow bug.
Edit:spelling
Dear gurus of war, wizards of mayhem.
1: I have conquered NΓΌrnen and dominated every captain around. Other than letting them bodyguard the fort leaders, is there anything fun I can do with them or are they just.... 'there'?
2: It is the second time I have reached this far. First time, my game bugged out and all my captains/Ranger reverted to level 2. As I understand it from reading around, it has something to do with the Fight Pit. Is the bug connected to the Fight pit MECHANIC or the fight pit QUEST? Can I finish the quest and just skip the rest of the fights? Or can I continue the game without ever finishing the Fight Pit quest (BrΓ»z)? I really liked the pit in my first try :(
3: Vendettas/Online Sieges. Will I be notified somehow if someone avenges me and if someone interacts with my fort? Or is that game mechanic strictly for the other players?
4: Is it reasonable to stay in NΓ»rnen until you can fully upgrade your fort? (lvl 40? minus the fight pits)
5: Is there a better place for SoW reading than the game wiki? I want to know what the orc's names mean? Do they have any actual effect or are they just random flavor? Is there a list of what everything MEAN?
Edit: PC.
Edit 2: Remember. I love you.
I'm looking for help! I've got a sow bug infestation in my garden! They nibble my seedlings, nibble my root vegetables, and when strawberries get ripe, they just devour those. They are out of control. I stumbled upon this video which suggested lying down pieces of watermelon rind, and they could collect under them.

Well, it works great, I go out every day and pull out probably 50 - 100 bugs every day and relocate them to another part of my yard (Since they are good composters). But I've been doing this for weeks, and their numbers are NOT falling. Every day I've got another 50 - 100 bugs. It's like they are reproducing faster than I can remove them.
What else can I do??? I need some more advice!!!
When having a crop field selected, the Minimum Sow Temperature will read 5 degrees no matter what temperature unit you have selected in game options.
I was using Fahrenheit. Outside temperature was 10 degrees. Settlers wouldn't plant new crops even though the Minimum Sow Temperature read 5 degrees F.
I switched to Celsius. Minimum Sow Temperature still read 5 degrees. It was not converted upon switching temperature units.
Since the default temperature unit is Celsius, I imagine Minimum Sow Temperature is being displayed in Celsius even when a different temperature unit is selected.
I submitted a bug through the game - just thought i'd mention it here.
Hi.
I messaged the mods before posting this and got the go ahead, so here goes. I'm an Arkansas tailwater fisherman (White River, Little Red, Norfork) and I need to re stock my fly box. I really enjoy this sub and I'd like to support some of y'all by buying a few.
Looking for-
Scuds, size 14 and 16. Grey/Green/Brown are favorites.
Midges- Zebra, etc. Size 16.
Bead head 'Sunday Specials'- natural, olive, tan
Tailwater soft hackles
Red ass soft hackles
Hoppers
Cicadas
??? I'm open to suggestions.
Quantities are going to be fairly (?) high I think. I'd like to order in quantities of six to twelve each. I think this may be a first for this sub and I'll be happy to post feedback. Further, I'd like to see pics before I commit to anything.
Finally, I'm not necessarily looking for one person to do all of this. If you have a pet sow bug that you tie, let me know! I'd love to try a few.
Thanks everyone.
As the title says i have encountered a game breaking Bug in the last Zog Mission. I canβt purify the last totem. If i go into the wraith world it isnβt signaled as a part of a mission. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
First time home buyer here with an accepted offer on a home about an hour north of NYC. We had a very thorough professional home inspection done where the most concerning thing found was suspected old termite damage in a freestanding wooden shelving unit in the home basement. The shelving unit is situated touching the foundation. There was definitely some moisture down there, slight musty smell, but likely well improved with a dehumidifier and some repair to a downspout . No further visible termite damage was found in this inspection. The seller has also provided proof of inactivity in termite bait stations outside the home (I know this isn't necessarily a good indicator given that once termites have found their highway into a home, they likely won't hit the bait stations).
Although the visible suspected termite damage was on a freestanding unit in the basement and no other evidence could be found, I walked away from the inspection very concerned. I've done 2 things since to further investigate.
#2 is where it gets interesting. This company claims that the damage to the shelving unit is not actually from termites, but from a past moisture condition and sow bugs that fed on the decaying wood. This is slightly confusing as everything I read online about Sow bugs says they don't feed on wood. Would Sow bugs create this damage?
Any experts in this sub that want to weigh in?
(EDIT) Photo attached, I apologize as it's not the best.

Thought this would be cool to share because my isopod culture has just recently bred a recessive albino. I was super surprised because my entire sow bug collection is wild looking (dominant (not albino)). Also this is not the isopod molting it's shell. I know because it has been like this for many weeks now. i let it sit for many weeks because i didn't know if it was albino or not. Tell me what you think.

Since the new update on 4.3 beta 2, all my cards are showing as unavailable in Apple Pay on my watch. Works fine on my iPad and iPhone. Anybody else having this problem or did I just get lucky?
Not sure if this is a "me only" problem, but sometimes when i do a online conquest or defend a region, sometimes my war-chiefs and captains will not appear and help.
