Furthermore what does it mean that Microsoft is a two trillion dollar company? It means that while Gates has 100 bn dollars, by starting Microsoft, he's responsible for creating 1.9 trillion dollars worth of wealth for other people. The majority of which are in pension funds, 401Ks, and so on.
I'm not saying these people are perfect flawless beings who did nothing but good in society. I'm trying to say the world isn't black and white. And the people constantly spamming social media about how these people are disgusting, shouldn't exist, etc... Do have black and white thinking and fail to acknowledge that the world is more complicated and nuanced. Honestly, what I think is even more lame than that is they have a crabs in a bucket mentality:

I’m a high plat and personally I feel like it’s even worse in ranked, since the lack of feedback on throws just makes people crave that feedback more to feel like they’re contributing something. However, this might be down to the fact that I’ve been getting mostly Strongholds and Oddball in my games, and area denial is the meta tactic there. I also don’t think that the lack of hitmarkers is a problem; I just think we should only spawn with one grenade, or maybe eliminate frag pickups from the maps.

I have been using medibang for 3 years and have accumulated 22.65 GB of storage on the cloud. This 3 GB limit they have suddenly implemented means that I have to pay 48 dollars for their yearly plan just to get my artwork back. I've decided to spam them on every social media they have to bring there attention to this. I cannot believe they are doing this. My work is published on webtoon. I own the artwork on my medibang account. This has to be illegal, isn't it?? Is there any public backlash on this??

- Perlukah kita membatasi juga screenshot WhatsApp/LINE? Kalau tidak perlu, mungkin post seperti ini cocok diberi post flair "Funny"
- Definisi doxxing menurut komodos?
- Apakah setiap post hal-hal dari sosial media harus diblur usernamenya? Kapan kita harus blur username?
Selain itu, ada satu pertanyaan tambahan tentang spam yang ingin kami tanyakan:
- Untuk mencegah spam, apakah kita perlu memakai u/ModeratelyHelpfulBot untuk membatasi jumlah upload per user per hari? Kalau perlu, berapa batasan yang komodos mau?

Since I took over this subreddit, I've been lenient on approving posts and comments from users that are seemingly shadowbanned or identified as spam by Reddit. I did that in the spirit of making sure you had an opportunity to get any help you needed and to engage with the sub. If your account is affected and if I didn't approve what you post, nobody could see anything you posted. Why your account may be in that state, I don't know, and there's nothing I can do about it. I only saw things land in the spam queue, and if they seemed legit, I approved them. This was good for you because you'd hopefully get an answer to your questions or you'd be able to engage with the community.
But there are downsides:
- People to whom you reply don't get notified (even if we approve your comment).
- You don't get alerted that something's wrong with your account, so it's just perpetuating a problem that you should fix.
- It's causing us, the moderators, additional work.
So, with that in mind: every subreddit has a setting labeled "exclude posts by site-wide banned users from modqueue/unmoderated". That setting's always been turned off. As this subreddit has grown, however, it's getting cumbersome managing all the people who're somehow banned but don't know it.
Effective immediately, we're enabling the above setting on /r/USCIS. That means that if your account is in bad standing with Reddit for whatever reason, we won't see what you post and no one will, except yourself. When you're in that situation, everything you post looks fine to you, but is invisible to anyone else. You don't get alerted to this. It just looks like no one is replying to you or giving you upvotes/downvotes.

... keep reading on reddit ➡Every spam account or catfish account I come across usually has extremely grainy photos, photos that are professionally taken that look like actual actresses (not realistic), photos with small borders where you could see where they cropped it from someone else, 1 or 2 photos that look like they were from 2001.
Are scammers and catfishers just really this bad with their perception or selection of curated photos or is this just because of something else?
It’s always so easy to tell when it’s just not a real person.

I am looking forward to any tips on how to fight twitter spam. Deleting even already reported comments is a time consuming task.
Is there a an option to auto-hide / delete comments? Or maybe auto-delete / report / hide when a user posted / mentioned us more than twice in less than 10 minutes for example?
I would be really glad if I got any tips. I believe there's a workaround, or at least it must be coming soon, since spammers seem to never go out of fashion.
Social interaction is great…companies love it! That said, when it has nothing to do with the company or their fundamentals it’s really just a distraction from what they’re trying to achieve. Comment on their awesome fundamentals: great prices, new item categories, fast shipping, great customer service, etc. GameStop is more than an opportunity to make money from a squeeze. Let’s set them up for success long into the future!

So, some of you may not have been around for a while and others simply might now know this, but most of the shilling and noise on social media regarding new alt coins is fake, paid for, guerrilla marketing style advertising.

They'll have bounty campaigns that get users to do stuff like this:
Those unaware get suckered into it thinking the project has some "community" behind it (yes, a community of people getting paid in tokens which they'll dump on you later) and buy into fake hype.
I see this kind of thing all the time, and it's been going on since alt coins were invented. it really ramped up in the 2017/2018 run from what I remember and BTCTalk "Bounties" sub forum is really where a lot of this stuff originates from.
If you are wondering "why is there so much mention of this particular alt right now?" just go on BTCTalk forums and search it under the bounties sub, there's probably a bounty paying tokens.

Hi all.
I'm making a game with a social component, where users can submit their own comments to parts of the game, visible for all to view.
The comments, when submitted, would automatically be pushed into a Firebase database, from which they would be pulled for others to see when the moment is appropriate.
But I would hate for this to make my game filled with spam or hate speech. I'm kind of an amateur, so is there a simple solution to prevent these kinds of comments automatically? Some kind of AI tool maybe, that can detect them either before they're posted, as their submitted, or while they're hanging out in the database?
