I've seen this item used in some creations in the exhibition and just been wondering how to get this item.
I’ve got no clue when a discounted scrip weekend is coming up, should I hang on to it in case it’s soon?
My brother withdrew 1500 from my bank account and no cash was dispensed but the amount was debited, Machine said please try again later. I panicked ran to the bank and told them the issue they said it'll be reversed in a few hours. I worked hard with the amount of overtime the previous month and RN I am heartbroken and Panicking at the same time. Tried calling my BAnks customer care they are all busy. I don't know what to do next please help.
Edit 1: I filled up the ATM chargeback form online but I don't have any great hopes with this. Fingers crossed.
Edit 2: Thank You for all comments and for reassuring me, haven't got any refunds but I hope I do. And to the person who Dm'd and asked what do I do for a living, panicking over Rs 1500. I am an auditor (fresher) at a newly formed startup company and I am the sole breadwinner of my family paying for my 17 yo brother's education and trying to run my household while paying off my father's debts who passed away unfortunately during the first lockdown. Happy? :)

I have seen a couple of companies say they may pay a scrip instead of cash dividends this year.
What's the point? I don't get it
If it's an option of cash or scrip, it makes sense. But if everyone gets a scrip, doesn't everyone just end up with the same percentage of the company?
So...here's a bit of a rant
I've been trying to get a 3-star Aristocrats Gauss Minigun for a little over a month now. Maybe more. I started with 4500+ scrip, made like 90 modules, and began rolling away. I don't even CARE what the 2nd and 3rd effects are on it, I just wanted an Aristocrats one just to have. If it were tradable I'd have just bought one already.
I began rolling and rolling and I got everything but Aristocrats. Its a 1 in 25 chance, so I was a bit miffed but it is what it is. Fast forward to now, about a month later. I've been emptying that motherfucking scrip machine daily. 300 scrip a day for 30ish days. 9000 scrip. Rolled and rolled. I've got mutants and mutants slayers so many times its not even funny man. Like, what the fuck. A friend told me to roll when a server begins giving you Aristocrats more often than not, and that rolls are tied to servers, I thought it was accurate since i noticed that before when trying to roll for a 2-shot hellstorm (But that's a whole other awful story about the RNG of this game.) I never really got on an "Aristocrats server" until tonight, I played Rad Rumble and got four Aristocrats weapons out of the seven or so legendaries we killed. With my 20 modules, I figured I'd be FINALLY gifted with an Aristocrats Gauss Minigun. haha. Nope. Executioner's, mutant slayer's, Gourmand's, and worst of all....Berserkers'.
Bethesda, for the love of God make the Wastelander items tradable and / or fix your RNG system. This level of grind and slot machine tier RNG is frankly bullshit. And to quote a friend of mine on the matter:
"Honestly? I think this is why 76 is dying. This mechanic creates massive fatigue for veteran players like ourselves, and it prevents new players from progressing in this game where they give up early on."

Around the Fishcord and Balance I've seen a lot of people ask about scrip farms. Surprisingly, the highest raw gatherering scrip farm rates all belong to fisher. (Like legit, we're pushing 1,000's of scrip an hour on a bad run)
I've put together a playlist of all the video guides for Fisher's White and Purple Scrip farms. (NOTE: These all take place in EW zones. Videos are spoiled accordingly, but just an extra warning)
Some of the highlights:
- Fleeting Brand can pull 4k+ white scrip an hour
- Mangar can pull 1500+ purple scrips in just 23 minutes with optimized runs (That 3 whole Grade X materia)
- Foun Myhk is up all the time and can pull upwards of 2k+ purple scrips an hour.
- Lunar Deathworm sounds cool af, and has a huge uptime - meaning it's usually a good place to farm.
Simply, if you need scrip and have half decent 90 FSH gear, you can be farming up the materia you want through fishing -- or gear, or bait, or whatever else they end up throwing into the purple scrip pile.

I mean on the one hand I get it. Medical companies don't want to be in a position where they're handing out insulin that may no longer be required allowing people to run a weird black market for insulin that I'm sure exists out there.
On the other hand, Diabetes does not go away. My 9 year old son did not miraculously get cured with a fully functional pancreas overnight.
Now obviously my ex and I are responsible and we have a buffer of Humalog until we wait for the renew to come in but c'mon. If you''re a diabetic you really need to renew a prescription for a drug that is literally preventing you from dying?
For context, I'm in Canada where we have universal healthcare plus I have full coverage through my work.
Used a Santender ATM as it was the closest to where I was. Tried to withdraw $310.00 and everything seemed fine until it said it wasn’t able to dispense the cash. It withdrew the funds plus the fee. What are my next steps? I called Santander number and they said to speak to my bank. But what happens after? Will I get my funds back?
I’m kinda nervous and regret going for the first time to a different ATM.
So this Treasure Hunter event I decided to finally stop chasing those poor treasure hunters with my Bash Mini. (was causing PTSD)
Instead I decided to buy pails. OMG. So I started Friday, spent my 40k caps, got around 90 Regular Pails- got a ton of plans, Decided to sell the plans, and buy more pails. I did this about 9 times this weekened. At the end, I have roughly 7 of each event plan surplus (only 1 of the tv aquarium and junkyard fountain- those 2 and the girl statue were lowest drops for me). Most importantly, I ended up with 4300 Scrip! This is the most scrip I have ever farmed. I have done easy daily ops over and over and been super happy ending up with 200 in a day.
This really is not a brag post, but hoping it helps other plan for the next event better,
Also for those craving for scrip and upset they have so many cores, this is the solution! Take advantage of the events ! (these pails did require allot of junk- holiday was better, but oh well)
Extra Tips:
When buying pails, make sure to have charisma high and eat your charisma mentats. Use your hard bargain card . Lowest I got normal pails was like 645
Treasure Hunter hats can be crafted for a few cloth and oil and sold. So as your buying pails, sell these back. When spending 40k caps, this can return you 6-8k caps extra at end (use super duper card)
Dont spam open pails from your pipboy. set the pail as your favorite and spam the key associated with the favorite.-I have opened 100+ pails in less than 10 seconds doing it this way, and never crashed, and got all my rewards
Whitepsrings Resort has 5 vendors inside that sell pails/gifts for events, vendor outside resort at train-station can sell 2.
Money is one of the dirtiest possible things you can handle. In a time like this, I’m surprised more people aren’t encouraging others to wash or sanitize their money and avoid using cash when possible. Modifying ATM machines to be more sanitary would help, at least.
If you need lots of scrips and have some caps to dump go to the Whitespring station and the Whitespring resort and start buying all the normal pail (dusty pails don't give any and the ornate cost too much) and craft them, you'll never get so much scrip by doing anything else.
P.s. you can do this multiple times but you need to server hop each time to reset the vendors
So the developers want people to this game or not? because game starts to feel... too limited after reaching all said limits. now I get the reason for gold bullion and scrip exchange limits so player cant get too powerful too easy but vendor cap and stash limit is killing my fun. after reaching those daily limits I start to wander aimlessly picking almost nothing. I dont even go to events because I know I wont be able to sell my loot and it will just going to sit in my inventory until tomorrow or until I drop it. it feels like I'm being punished for playing the game. so after this happened for a few days I felt quite bored and went to do some reading instead. I think these limits needs to be readjusted.
